Monday reminder: we’re not spiraling over things that haven’t even happened yet. 😌😂

Progress over perfection.
Peace over pressure.
And one problem at a time, please — my nervous system has office hours. 🧠🤎

You are not customer service. 😌

Depression does not always look like crying in bed.

Sometimes it looks like showing up, getting things done, laughing with people… and still feeling completely drained inside.

That is why “you seem fine” is not always the compliment people think it is. 🤎

Which sign do you think people overlook the most?

Before the emotion starts writing the whole script… name it. 😅

“I’m angry.” “I’m overwhelmed.” “I’m hurt.”
Naming it creates a little space between the feeling and the reaction.

What emotion tends to hijack your response first? 👇

Your body really said, “Since you’re ignoring the stress, I’ll make an announcement.” 😅

Jaw tight. Stomach acting up. Sleep weird. Patience on 2%.

Which one exposes your stress first? 👇

Sometimes it’s intuition. Sometimes it’s anxiety with great PR. 👀

How do you tell the difference?

Drop your answer below — gut feeling or overthinking?
