One of the most epic experiences I’ve ever had. I’m still wrapping my head around last week’s events. I am so grateful I was able to be a part of this with so many awesome people ✨ #lesmillslivelondon #lesmillslive #bodystep #bodystep130 taken in ExCeL London by @minghillier

@kathleenfursey - So proud of us! Second doubles Hyrox race and we had the BEST time doing it. It surprised me at how much fun this was and we LOVED it 🤩
We put WORK into training and prepping for this race and know that we definitely can put more gas into the runs for the next one 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 Finished with 1:30 and lots of goals for future races.

Super grateful to work the @goodlifefitness recovery station where we saw so many athletes on such a high finishing their races and having a fun time with the hype crew.

To all the racers, spectators, judges, and @hyroxca organizers: you had brought the energy and incredible vibes to this race! The Toronto race keeps getting better and better 👏🏼
To all the girlie pops racing, you made me so proud be a woman seeing your athleticism, muscles, cute fits, and glitter ✨

Special shoutout to @johnhenripeter @evvvverett @samyyz who loudly and constantly cheered us on. I may not have made it obvious during the race, but I heard all of your shouts of encouragement and crazy screams for every single one of those 90 minutes. Love you ❤️

LES MILLS EXPERIENCE TORONTO 🇨🇦

This was an extra special one! Sharing the stage with my brother @inno.delarmente, my friend @hagop.jabotian, Papi @sebasjaramilloa and the ICONIC @rachael_newsham was a dream ✨💫

LME TO is always the best time to connect with friends from all around sharing in the same passion for @lesmills
So great to chat with everyone and to have met so many new friends.

To my dear @kyliegatesfitness - time is the best gift one can give to someone. Thank you for generously sharing yours with me. ILY ❤️

Much love and gratitude to @goodlifefitness and Les Mills Canada for having me on stage 🙏🏼

📸 @dcbowmanphotography you always seem to out-do yourself every time! Beautiful work my friend ILYSM
