After a fantastic "photo" afternoon in the city, me and my new Ricoh GRIII camera deserves something good. So I went to @krogaxet on the way home and ordered a large cold pilsner urquell and with that I ordered fish and chips. Super delicious.

Ending my holiday the same way I started it, with a cocktail at #krogaxet . On Monday it's back to reality and work.

Today I tried to make my own chicken Teriyaki sauce from scratch, and I am pleasantly surprised by the result - it actually tasted good 🤪 and by the side I tried to make Tamagoyaki, but I really need to practice on making those - They looked and tasted more like pancakes 😃 taken in Eriksbergskranen by @minimickro

Me and my smiling backpack have had a really great day in the forest today, it’s so nice to see the sun shining again 😎 and now Im finish an almost perfect Friday with a good GT (Raspberry and rhubarb tonic) 🍹

Life can be quite nice sometimes, despite the rain :-) I wouldn't mind having a small house in a small village somewhere in southern Europe where in the lovely summer night you let your creativity flow and the glass is filled with a good red wine and during the day you socialize and get to know the local residents.
.
Maybe one day soon it will become a reality, you never know.
.
In the meantime, I'm cozying up here at home in Eriksberg, listening to the rain pattering on the window. Have a good rum in the glass and I continue my creation/drawing. It's so relaxing.

Tuesday and I still have my holiday, but some sun and warmth would have been desirable. But on the other hand, the gray and rainy days have meant that I have taken up some hobbies that have been pushed aside lately.

Sketching and drawing is one of them. But I have to admit that it is quite cozy to sit up at night and hear the rain beating against the window. The glass is filled with good rum and you let your imagination and creativity flow through the pen.

So today's post is two pictures that were created at night during the somewhat boring "Swedish" summer weather.

Sunday = trail running day. Got the distance up to over 7 km now (Today it was 7.72 km) It's not going particularly fast, but I jog/run the whole distance.

Saturday, July 8, the sun and heat finally came back and of course I took the chance for a little paddle trip with my SUP board.

It's so fun and relaxing, but this time it was a little more unstable because it was a bit windy. However, I managed to paddle for several hours without falling into the water.

Today managed to do a 6.5 km trail run and it was really hard, but it feels so good afterwards. And the very best thing is that you get to reward/treat yourself with something good after the training - I think so anyway :-) So now I'm sitting with a bowl of ice cream and some coffee and just enjoying the warmth and the day off.

Sunday and a new work week awaits. Wish the weekend was a little longer. Hope you are well and enjoying the summer.

Yesterday I tried my new @jobesup paddleboard/sup (First time on an isup actually) and damn what fun it was. I'm a little proud too, because I managed to paddle around the whole Saturday afternoon without falling into the water once. There will definitely be many paddling/camping trips to remote places with this board during the summer.
