"It was like you hit stop on a song. And there's just silence."

Andrew Sugerman ran one of the world's most powerful media empires. Then a car hit him.

What he found in that silence changed 50 years of how he'd been living, and eventually became the mission behind everything he's building at @centrfit

What if success starts with one simple question?

Most people spend their lives preparing for everything that could go wrong.

Christian Toetzke built multiple successful companies by asking a different question:

"What if it works?"

That shift in mindset can change everything—from business and leadership to fitness and life.

✨ More Than a Competition — A Memory That Will Last Forever ❤️

Every champion's journey begins with teamwork, dedication, and the support of an incredible community.

This photo captures more than just a competition—it reflects friendship, confidence, resilience, and young girls empowering each other to become stronger every day. 💪✨

Watching my oldest daughter compete alongside such inspiring athletes is a moment our family will cherish forever. I couldn't be prouder of everything you've achieved.

A special thank you to @jess_petty_youngstars for organizing an outstanding event and creating a positive environment where young athletes can learn, grow, support one another, and shine on and off the competition floor.

Here's to building confidence, celebrating friendship, and inspiring the next generation of strong female athletes around the world. 🌍❤️

This is why HYROX Youngstars exists. 💜

Not just to race.
Not just to win.
But to move, grow, support each other and experience sport together.

In Berlin, we saw young athletes giving everything, families feeling every moment, and a community built around effort, encouragement and shared emotion.

From the first steps on the race floor to the final finish line, this is bigger than a competition.

If we can inspire more children around the world to train, move and believe in themselves, then we’re doing something truly special.

This is HYROX Youngstars. ✨
