The minimum amount of walls needed to make a sukkah kosher is 2.5 walls.

The Kabbalists explain that this isn't just a technical detail, but like every Jewish law, it represents something deeper.

The 2 walls represent the two parts of the arm. The half a wall represents the hand, needed to embrace another.

A hug expresses an encompassing love that is not based on specific virtues. A hug holds the other and says "I love you entirely".

This is what Gd is giving us on sukkot, a hug that is not because of how good we act, but just because we are His.

On Sukkot, all that we have to do is step inside His open embrace.

Wishing everyone a beautiful Sukkot where you feel Gds love! by @mirelmintz

An evening of meaningful conversation and firsthand perspective, in partnership with FIDF, featuring Israeli soldier and Israeli Heroes Art founder Matan Abir Lev.

We were grateful for the opportunity to hear directly from someone who experienced the realities of combat firsthand and carried the responsibility of leading soldiers in the field.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this important and inspiring evening. by @mirelmintz
