I am excited to introduce the newest addition to my weekly schedule in the new airyoga location: HOT RECHARGE.

Possibly the hottest reason to get out of bed on a gloomy Friday morning.

Brought all the way to you from Hong Kong, this practice takes place in 32°C infrared warmth, offering a different kind of intensity. The heat invites the body to open up, explore greater depth and discover new possibilities in movement.

Here’s where you can find me each week from now on:

TUESDAY
Alignment Flow · @airyoga_zurich
6:00–7:30 PM

WEDNESDAY
Prop Lab · @core_studios_switzerland
6:30–7:45 PM

FRIDAY
Hot Recharge · @airyoga_zurich
9:30–10:30 AM

SATURDAY

A new season of The Journey to Teach begins.

And perhaps there has never been a more important time for this work.

We are living through a period of immense change. Technology is evolving at a breathtaking pace. Entire industries are being reshaped. Many of the things we once considered certain no longer feel quite so certain.

In times like these, one question becomes increasingly important:

What can you rely on when everything around you is changing?

Your ability to stay grounded, to think clearly and to meet challenge with courage rather than fear.

This training is built on the belief that these qualities can be cultivated.

Through practice, study and honest self-inquiry.

Because the future does not only need more knowledge.

It needs people with depth, discernment and the strength to navigate uncertainty with wisdom.

The journey to teach is calling for you. Applications for February 2027 are now open on the website. by @mirjamhaymann

There was a study that said, kids who can not hide their emotions from their faces fast are more likely to suffer in primary school. i was that kid.

those early school years are not memories I am fond of. everything got better when I entered the gymi. but as I started do discover my wit, met my closest friends and found my way, anxiety started to creep up. looking back it makes so much sense to me, that as I started to build, the fear of falling apart came as well. i started to go to psychotherapy, debated with my rabbi the fragility of life, and started to read philosophy. I studied the mind.

and then I found the yoga. In Hong Kong, under the strong supervision of my beloved teachers, I started to embody. To combine my knowledge of the mind with the physical experience. I started to shift things, not just intellectually in my head, but in my life. this helped me so much to be brave and go for the things i desire, to own pleasure.

because of that, it is my mission to help people bring their bodies and minds together. to feel at home in their bodies, learn its cues, become experts of themselves, their patterns, emotions- to rule their own empire (lovingly!) and to be in awe of and to marvel at the sophisticated and beautiful complexity of life.

Whatever stage in life you’re in: Call me when you’re ready to move your body, challenge your mind and expand your perspective.

I believe the physical, psychological and philosophical are deeply connected. And there are many ways to explore that connection.

Here’s how we can work together:

— Yoga Classes for movement, strength and presence.

— Private Yoga for a practice tailored to your individual needs.

— 1:1 Coaching for honest conversations, new perspectives and personal growth.

— The Journey to Teach for a deeper study of yoga, its philosophy and its transformative potential.

— FLOURISH as a flexible online program for personal development and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Whatever brings you here, there’s a place to begin. by @mirjamhaymann

New location, new classes, familiar faces and as always good yoga.

A new space to keep challenging ourselves, learning and growing together. Because no matter how long we’ve been practicing, there’s always another layer to discover.

Comfort is lovely. But it’s not where we discover what we’re capable of.

I believe in getting better. In doing difficult things, in being a beginner, in repeating something a hundred times and still finding room to improve.

Not every challenge needs to feel good. Not every practice needs to be graceful. And certainly not every moment needs to be comfortable.

There is confidence to be found in doing things you once thought were beyond you. And humility in realising how much there still is to learn.

That’s why we practice.

To acknowledge where we are but also to discover where we can go. by @mirjamhaymann

We go strong. We go deep. We go upside down.

A good group class has its own kind of energy. Everyone comes in with a different body and a different day behind them and somehow we meet in the same practice.

There is effort and concentration. There are things we’ve done a hundred times and things we’re trying for the first time.

In between all of this, the practice can be profound and fun at the same time. We can work hard, go deep and still have a really good time doing it.

Come practice with me.

The female experience was never meant to be reduced to one way of being.

Soft or strong. Ambitious or receptive. Disciplined or intuitive. Mother or woman.

We love categories because they make life easier to understand. But sometimes, they simply become another set of rules to live by.

What if we could listen to the body without letting it dictate our lives? Honour our nature without shrinking our possibilities? Allow seemingly contradictory things to coexist?

This is what we’ll explore in Rethinking the Female Experience through yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, Kabbalistic teachings, conversation and the body itself in order for you to express your own definition of womanhood with confidence.

I like the idea that ambition is simply curiosity about your own potential.

How good could this get? How good could I get at this through repetition, adjustment and a willingness to keep trying?

I think a lot of people kill that curiosity before they ever get an answer. They decide what’s realistic for their body based on what they can do today. “I’m just not flexible” or “My anatomy doesn’t allow for that”.

Maybe. But maybe you simply haven’t found your way there yet (or the right props).

When you see me doing more advanced poses don’t be intimidated. Let them inspire you. I want to show what can open up over time in your own practice.

Ambition doesn’t have to mean proving something. Sometimes it’s just refusing to decide what’s possible before you’ve explored it. by @mirjamhaymann

There are trainings you complete. And there are experiences that change the way you see yourself.

The Journey to Teach was created to be the latter.

Months of practice, study, challenge, conversation and showing up. Not only to grow into an impactful yoga teacher, but to discover what happens when you take your own practice seriously enough to let it change you.

You’ll learn. You’ll practice. You’ll question things you thought you knew. You’ll probably surprise yourself.

The Journey to Teach begins February 2027. Send me a DM to find out more. by @mirjamhaymann

RETHINKING THE FEMALE EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP
November 14th
At @airyoga_zurich

We’re often told what being a woman is supposed to feel like.

What’s normal. What’s healthy. What’s hormonal. What’s beautiful. And what‘s simply part of getting older.

We’re given explanations for our bodies before we even get the chance to listen to them ourselves.

And over time, it can become surprisingly difficult to tell the difference between what we actually experience and what we’ve been taught to believe about that experience.

Maybe it’s time to question some of those stories.

I’m exploring this through yoga, Kabbalistic philosophy, Ayurveda and the female body and I’ll be sharing more about it very soon.

What’s something you’ve been told you’re “supposed” to feel as a woman? Tell me in the comments. by @mirjamhaymann
