First thing I gotta talk about is the AMBience. This place is beautiful! 🔥 Then you get to the food, and every dish has its own identity.

That tomato & watermelon salad? INCREDIBLE. The flavors are still making my taste buds tingle! 😂 Every dish leveled up when you tasted everything together.

But that soup dumpling? BABYYYY… I could’ve eaten 14 of them! Soft, tender, then BOOM — the soup exploded in your mouth. Pause. 😂🔥

And listen, I tried seared beef heart, so come ready to explore and try something different!

Creative dishes, beautiful atmosphere, and a whole experience.

Anjin is more than it has been hyped up to be. The Japanese izakaya has an amazing atmosphere with phenomenal flavors and service. Every dish out did the one before it, to the point I can’t pick a favorite of the night.
