In the words of Ina Garten, here are some FABULOUS meals I ate this week. I think the naan pizza is a new hyper fixation meal!!! I love @hellofresh because I can make the pre portioned meals according to the recipes OR I can get a little creative with the ingredients and make my own recipes! #hellofresh #healthyrecipe #mealprepping #mealprepideas #cookingram by @missirisfit

Here's a #whatieat in a day, as a girl who's trying to find balance 💪

Currently in the process of trying to find a diet and exercise plan that helps me THRIVE. So far I'm loving how I'm feeling. What's your favorite meal?

My first lil #ad for my @amazon store front. I have so many amazing products linked in my store. Please check out the link in my bio to check them out. I have stuff for men and women alike, but I really tried to cater the store to my #gymgirls and #wellness baddies.

I have tons of fitness equipment, vitamins and self care items as well as everyday essentials. I even have a section for my carnivores. Shop the link in my bio today!
