Hi everyone!! So sorry I've been MIA. I appreciate your continued support of this community 💪🇵🇷 it just goes to show how strong we are. I'm trying to figure out exactly what to do with this community to best serve you all, because it is so beautiful and powerful to me what we have been able to build. I'm trying to figure out what to do with this community because it is so beautiful and powerful to me what we have been able to build. I'm thinking this could be a promo for promo type deal, where I use this platform to hype up everything you all (and myself) have been up to. Let me know what you think in the comments. Here are some of the foods I had the privilege of eating last week on the #animalbased diet. If you know me you know how passionate I am about the #carnivore lifestyle 👀. I am doing animal based this year in the hope that I will be able to make this diet a sustainable part of my life so I can finally lose this extra weight. Remember it is a marathon not a sprint ! 💪. Also follow my backup page @missirisfitness if you haven't! I post way more inspirational content as well as more fitness focused work! I hope to see you there!! 💪💪 #carnivorecommunity #ketovore #whatieat

So excited to have completed my first week of my #30daycarnivorechallenge !!! I made this video at the very beginning of the week before officially starting my #carnivore journey. 7-10 days later I am so happy to say I’ve lost 6 pounds!!! I know this is all water weight and inflammation but I haven’t seen the scale go down in so long. The carnivore diet really can give you your life back. Besides weight loss, in ONE WEEK I’ve experienced: 🥩 my hair looks so much healthier and curlier 🥩 I have NO morning breath anymore 🥩 my BO has significantly improved 🥩I haven’t taken a nap all week (I used to feel like I needed to twice a day!) 🥩 the numbers on the scale are FINALLY going down! It really is true what the community says about this lifestyle, the weight loss is just a bonus! #carnivore #carnivores #carnivorewomen #carnivoregirl #carnivorelife #carnivorecommunity #carnivoretribe #carnivoretransformation #30daycarnivorechallenge
