Rest is the ultimate reset.

Rest on this trip has become more than sleep. Slowing down, stepping away from always having to show up or give off energy and truly being present with what’s happening in my life has been one of the greatest gifts I could give myself.

I’m relearning and redefining patience, setting the boundaries I need to live more fully and soaking in gratitude for these moments and this space in time.

Rest isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity for the journey.
