Saying Yes is your right. Especially when it involves giving yourself permission to indulge, deeply, in the beauty life has to offer you.

And the women on my retreat did just that.

They came with open minds, hearts, and said Yes to themselves each day. Which was so amazing to experience.

Next year’s retreat is almost finalized. Will we be traveling together? 😏

My second-ever women’s wellness retreat was nothing short of transformative.

We laughed, cried, faced fears, dug deep into our truths, rested without guilt, and remembered how to love ourselves a little more along the way.

This journey was about so much more than the destination, it was a mirror, reflecting back the beauty, resilience, and sisterhood that happens when women come together with open hearts.

It affirmed for me, in the deepest way, that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. That this community I’m building is strong, real, and only just getting started.

Here’s to holding space, rewriting our stories, and walking away fuller than when we arrived. ✨
