POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi everyone!

I’m so excited to officially have an Instagram for my Community Service Initiative, The Spark of Creation! Theatre has been integral in my development and growth over the years, and I believe the opportunity to experience that should be accessible to everyone!

I wanted to create this account to share my story and what I’m working towards with more people! I have such a heart for bringing theatre to others, and I’m excited to continue working on my goals!

Hi everyone! My name is Susanna Poston, and I have the honor of being your Miss LaGrange 2026. I’m ready to lead with kindness, love, and a commitment to my work.

🐶 I am currently a fourth year student at the University of Georgia as a Statistics and Theatre double major with a Musical Theatre Certificate.

✨ My CSI is “The Spark of Creation” which aims to bring theatre education to all schools and provide quality theatrical training for all students.

🎭 As a performer myself, I want every student to be able to access the art form that has shaped me and grown me so much.

I am beyond excited about this year, and am ready to serve! ❤️

Last night, I got to see the cumulation of hard work, determination, and trusting in the unknown.

Alumni Musical Theatre Productions just opened their production of Bring it On and it was absolutely amazing. Bring It On is not an “easy show”; it is a beast of a show, and @alumnimusicalproductions absolutely killed it!

Not only was this the opening show for their weekend, but this show is the very FIRST show that AMP has produced. It truly was an incredible show, and I am more than excited to see the future of AMP!

Seeing AMP support young performers by giving them a space to work on their craft while building them up is what @thesparkofcreation is all about. They show up, care, and do the work to better these performers.

I’m so thankful for their care of young artists, and am excited to see what the next year has in store!!

Bring It On has 4 more shows left and you do NOT want to miss it!!!

Sweet Odelles!! Truly the sweetest cinnamon rolls and people!!

I such a great time with @sweetodelles today!!!

I grabbed a dozen of the most delicious cinnamon rolls with both cream cheese and maple frosting!!

AND if you’re vegan, do not fret!! Sweet Odelles also offers vegan cinnamon rolls that are just as mouthwatering as the non vegan ones!!

It was so great to catch up with Ms. Faith Bradberry, and I’m so excited to eat some of her homemade rolls!!

Thank you @sweetodelles for your support!!!

I’ve known Sophia for at least 2 years now, and I’ve always known her to be one of the kindest and most hard working people I know. I remember coming to support her and Bonnie Greer in the Miss UGA pageant just last year in January. Little did any of us know that Sophia would be crowned Miss Georgia just a little over a year later!!!

She has showed up for me in SO many ways. From supporting me at musicals to answering my endless questions about Miss Georgia, Miss Georgia Forum, and pageantry in general. She is such a personable, kind, and selfless woman and I know that these qualities will follow her into her year of service.

Inside and outside of the pageant world, Sophia is an amazing, steadfast friend. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me find my footing in the world of Miss Georgia!

I am infinitely proud and excited for her, and I know that she is going to have the most amazing, life changing year as Miss Georgia!!!

I had such a great time at the farewell luncheon today! Celebrating such an amazing Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia’s Teen was so special.

@audrey.kittila is a huge reason I am at Miss Georgia this week. She reached out to me, made it feel like I could actually compete, and has been such an amazing guide and mentor throughout the process. Getting to celebrate her as well as our Miss Georgia’s Teen @_whoisreagan was so well deserved!!

I’m also thrilled to announce that I was awarded the Floreida Harrell Performing Arts Award! I am so honored, and am so thankful! This award means the world to me, and I am so thankful for it!!! It WILL be going on my wall forever!!!
