From a little girl wearing a toy crown to wearing the Miss Michigan USA crown… if only she knew. ❤️

This year has been everything I dreamed of and so much more. It gave me memories I’ll carry for the rest of my life, people I’ll love forever, and moments I’ll never be able to put into words.

My title as Miss Michigan USA will soon come to a close, and while it’s hard to say goodbye, I know this title was never meant to be the end of my story… just a chapter that changed me forever.

Looking back at the incredible women who have carried the Miss Michigan USA title before me reminds me what a privilege it is to be part of this legacy. There are certain state titles that carry a legacy unlike any other, and Miss Michigan USA has always been one of them.

Michele, you understood that from the very beginning.

Long before you ever wore the crown, your work ethic, resilience, and unwavering commitment spoke for themselves. You earned every opportunity through years of preparation, perseverance, and the quiet confidence that excellence is never accidental.

What has always impressed me most is the respect you have for this title. You never viewed it as simply an achievement. You understood that you were becoming part of something much larger than yourself, something shaped by decades of extraordinary women, unforgettable moments, and a legacy that cannot be measured simply by titles won, but by the lives it touched and the history it created.

You carried the Miss Michigan USA title with grace, humility, and genuine appreciation. You celebrated the women who stood beside you, honored those who came before you, and embraced the responsibility that came with representing one of the most respected state programs in the country.

Michigan has given this organization some of its finest women, and now your name will forever be part of that story. Not simply because you wore the crown, but because of the way you wore it. With grace. With purpose. With dedication.

Thank you for giving so much of yourself to Miss Michigan USA. Thank you for honoring its history, and reminding us why this title has always been so much more than a crown.

While I was looking for the perfect sound to put over this reel, I kept coming back to the original audio.

And then I realized… nothing could top it.

Hearing my family and friends cheering my name as I walked across the Miss USA stage is something I’ll never forget. In that moment, I was carrying every person who believed in me, encouraged me, and loved me through this entire journey.

To my incredible support system, thank you. Thank you for every mile traveled, every late-night phone call, every encouraging text, every prayer, every sacrifice, and every moment you stood beside me throughout my year as Miss Michigan USA. I am so incredibly grateful to have people who love me so wholeheartedly.
