Congratulations to my "Mama-Bear"on getting selected for being our Member of the Month!
Having her in my cycling and HIIT classes for all these years is a true gift. Her dedication is unmatched. She never skips a workout, and always brings 100% of her heart and energy to every single session. Whether she is crushing the sprints on the bike, powering through intervals, or pumping that iron, she completely redefines what it means to be strong and resilient at 72 years young. 👏👏👏
She is a powerful role model not just to everyone in the room, but to me as a fitness instructor. I want to be just like her when I grow up. Thank you for inspiring us all to push harder, smile through the sweat, and show up for ourselves every single time. You are loved by sooo many and we all adore you Rosemary.

After an incredible journey together, tonight is my last cycling class at the Lee Trevino location! 🚲💔 I am so deeply grateful for every ounce of energy, sweat, and community we have shared in this room. While this is bittersweet, this is not a good bye, the ride doesn't stop here. I am thrilled to continue my classes at our beautiful new location on Tierra Este! 💥
