Last week was a week to remember 🇵🇭 for the last past 4 1/2 years we have been growing #LiftoffAgent in the #Philippines.
.
I flew out with my wife @redszentea am I six-year-old daughter Jordan from Arizona. Our cofounder and my good friend Smith and his wife Maggie flew out as well from Oregon.
.
We flew out 14 of our team members excluding two of them to an amazing resort in Bohal OceanAnica you gotta check it out and if you can visit, it’s worth it!
.
We also told our team to invite their +ones because we’re more than a company we’re a family. For us it’s not just about the bottom line. It’s about building a family a team, a unit that all looks out for one another. Creating an open door policy a self managed team that is one of a kind.
.
This is just the beginning as we plan on doubling our size for next year‘s event. From not being seen as an asset in the workforce to changing lives, interesting an industry, and a corporate structure.
.
I am my team have a BIG Vision stay tuned to watch the magic happen. 😘 #we #have #liftoff #realestate #marketing #company taken in Baguio City by @misterliftoff
