Eight years later… and it felt like coming home 🌱
This wasn’t just a trip… this was a full circle moment.

After 8 years, I finally returned to the tea farm—the very place where so much of this journey began. Walking through the fields again, standing beside the farmer, reconnecting with my producer… it reminded me that tea is never just a product. It’s people. It’s history. It’s relationships that span across oceans and time.

But what made this moment even more special… I got to share it with my family. ❤️
To bring them into this world—to let them see, feel, and experience the roots of what I’ve built with Red’s Zen Tea—that meant everything.

From the organic tencha fields to the factory floor, tasting teas alongside the very hands that cultivate and craft them… it reminded me why I do this.

This is more than tea.
This is connection.
This is legacy.
This is a dream… still unfolding.

And being reunited with my tea team after all these years?
Pure magic. ✨

You’ll discover how to:

✨ Choose the perfect tea or herbal base
✨ Balance flavors, aromas, and supporting ingredients
✨ Blend with intention and create something uniquely yours
✨ Name, taste, and adjust your magical creation

Using your own easy-to-follow blending cheat sheet, you’ll create a custom one-ounce tea potion to package and take home.

Whether you craft a calming nighttime brew, a bold energy potion, a floral manifestation blend, or something deliciously unexpected—the magic is entirely yours.

No previous tea knowledge is needed. Just bring your curiosity, creativity, and willingness to play.

🍵✨ Have you ever soaked in your tea instead of drinking it?

Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and what we put on it matters just as much as the rituals we create for what goes in our bodies.

One of my favorite self-care rituals is a green tea bath. 💚

Green tea is naturally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, and bathing with it creates the most beautiful, refreshing ritual for the skin and senses. Add the warmth of the water, the aroma of tea, and a few quiet minutes to yourself, and suddenly a simple bath becomes a full-body reset.

There’s something incredibly invigorating about stepping out feeling refreshed, softened, grounded, and renewed.

Tea doesn’t always have to go in your cup.

🎃💚 PUMPKIN PIE MATCHA MOCKTAIL

Pumpkin pie + matcha…but make it cocktail hour. 🍸✨

Bright green, creamy, lightly spiced and topped with a little cloud of whipped cream. This one is almost too pretty to drink.

YOU’LL NEED:
💚 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Matcha
💧 2 oz water
🎃 2 oz pumpkin pie creamer
🧊 Ice
☁️ Whipped cream
✨ Fresh nutmeg

EASY HOW-TO:
Whisk your matcha with the water until smooth and frothy.

Fill a cocktail glass with ice and add the pumpkin pie creamer. Slowly pour the bright green matcha over the top to create that gorgeous swirl.

Finish with a small dollop of whipped cream + freshly grated nutmeg.

✨ Do more of what makes your soul feel quiet.

Life will always give you reasons to rush, to worry, to chase the next thing.

But somewhere along the way, I learned that success isn’t only about how much you accomplish.

It’s also about how you feel while you’re living your life.

For me, peace looks like wandering through tea gardens. 🍃
Picking leaves with my own hands.
Sitting around a table sharing tea with people I love.
Traveling, learning, teaching, tasting… and remembering to be completely present for it all.

Tea taught me that life doesn’t always need to move faster.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down long enough to notice what makes you feel alive, grounded, curious and at peace—and then build more of your life around THAT.

Whatever your version of this is… follow it.

Go where your soul feels peaceful.
Do what brings you back to yourself.
Create a life you don’t constantly need to escape from. 🍵✨

Because maybe the goal was never to fit more into your life.
