Those who know me know if there's one thing I adore as much as candles, its tea. 🫖🍵

This weekend was a tea lover's dream!

Friday kicked things off with a tea-blending workshop with Melissa @redszentea. The experience was fascinating and I even got to create my own signature blend, Peach Dreams. Melissa thought of every detail, making the workshop fun and informative.

Today, the lovely Sonya of @sonyamarketaz filled my bucket and teacup with a beautiful variety of teas.

If you are curious about tea, discovering new blends or want to explore high-quality teas, these two woman know their stuff. Their passion for tea shines through in everything they do, and I am so blessed that they we a parr of my weekend.

Sometimes, parenting brings you face-to-face with the child you used to be. ❤️

I grew up feeling like I had to be responsible before I was ready. My parents had their own struggles, and the support I needed wasn’t always there.

Now that I’m a parent, I want my child to feel supported, heard, and loved. I want to be someone they can count on.

But there are moments when that love gets tested. When your child avoids taking responsibility and somehow their choices become your fault, it can hit a tender place.

You think, “I’m trying so hard to give you the support I needed. How do I help you appreciate that while still teaching you accountability?”

I’m learning that being there for my child also means letting them own their choices. I can listen, comfort, and guide them while still saying, “This is yours to take responsibility for, and I believe you can.”

That balance isn’t easy. Some days, I get it right. Other days, I have growing to do, too.

Have you experienced this as a parent? How has your childhood shaped the way you raise your children?

Share your story, a lesson, or even a moment you’re still working through. Your experience might help another parent feel less alone. ❤️

Final Throw Back To San Diego In July | Inman Connect | Until Next Time 🌊🤝✨

Five days later… what I remember most are the people.

Some relationships began for the very first time in San Diego.

Others were friendships recently forged while traveling together through the SERHANT expansion events in California & Texas! Only to find ourselves together again here at Inman.

And then there were the familiar faces from previous Inman events, where another year and another shared experience gave us the opportunity to strengthen relationships that continue to mean more with time.
That might be my favorite part of traveling for events like these.

You never really know which introduction will become a friendship, which conversation will turn into a partnership, or when someone you met in one city will suddenly become a familiar face in another.

The industry may create the introduction…
But it is the people who give these experiences their meaning.

Between five days of Inman Luxury Connect & Inman Connect, great dinners, beautiful properties, long conversations, plenty of laughs, and a little time actually enjoying San Diego… So many great memories were made! 🥂🌴

It was truly an honor spending time with everyone I crossed paths with.

Thank you to those I met for the first time.
Thank you to those I had the pleasure of seeing again.

And thank you to the friendships that somehow keep getting better every time we end up in another city together.

The photos will never capture all of it…
But they certainly help us remember 🌌
Looking forward to many more inspiring rooms, cities, conversations, collaborations, meals, laughs and great times ahead!

Until we meet again… much love 🤝✨

Did you know September is for apples? 🍎🍂 Because aI sure didn't!

Everyone goes straight for pumpkin pie, but September’s real star is the apple. 😉🍎 And with the leaves in my yard just starting to change, this cool, almost-fall morning felt like the perfect time to make an Apple Pie Spicy Chai Latte ☕️✨

Homemade apple pie syrup + @redszentea Spicy Chai tea = the coziest little chai latte. 🤎 It’s basically fall in a cup.

Ready to make your own? Use code Tita15 to grab your Spicy Chai before the season is over! 🫖🍎

Happy Friday, tea friends!

I’m easing into the end of the week with a whole pot of Pumpkin Pie Tea from @redszentea , because apparently I’ve decided September mornings should taste like fall.

This seasonal black tea blends organic black tea with cloves, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, calendula petals, stevia leaf, and natural flavor.

It’s a warm, spice-forward combination built around all those familiar pumpkin-pie flavors, and Melissa from Red’s Zen even suggests adding a little sweet cream for an extra decadent autumn cup. It’s also a higher-caffeine blend, so it feels especially appropriate for a Friday morning when the weekend is right there but there’s still a workday standing in the way.

I’ve got the pot steeped, a pumpkin muffin nearby, and I’m officially calling this my little Friday fall moment.

What’s in your cup this Friday? 🍂
