WE’RE BACK!! Joe’s Pub! Nov 19-21!

Back in New York after an acclaimed Edinburgh and London season, Salty Brine transforms Laura Nyro’s dynamic knockout Eli and the Thirteenth Confession into a vaudevillian extravaganza that will make your eyes pop and your jaw drop. The story will be bawdy. The music will be funky. And the jokes will be absolutely tasteless. It’s an Ancient Roman comedy with a twist. Next up from the Living Recored Collection.

What does it take to find the artists theater hasn’t found yet? Our Co-Artistic Directors Anna Morton Stacey and Andrew Neisler sat down with @theatermania to talk about betting on potential over polish and making room for work that doesn’t fit in a box.

Get your tickets now for one of New York’s “less conventional” productions of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol! It’s year thirteen of thirty so even if it’s your first time, we’re not halfway yet! 🎁

Last night, after a long journey and a cancelled production, we finally opened Mindplay at the @geffenplayhouse Thanks to the amazing team at the Geffen and to our incredible creative team: @sibylwickersheimer @pablosdesign @eltonsounds @ricodlv @amylev71 💙 it’s been almost 8 years since @joshkoenigsberg and @vinnydeponto and I put our first show together and it’s always an inspiration to make literal mind-blowing magic with them. And a huge thanks to @evarprice for trusting me (again) and making this dream come true! Here’s a pic of my director’s view from the back row where I really wanted to pace around every night but couldn’t. Go check it out if you’re in LA! by @misterneisguy

Photo dump from an incredible week on the islands celebrating anniversary time with this cute boy who I still can’t believe agreed to marry my goofy ass. We really enjoyed remembering that incredible weekend with friends and family five years ago on this very beach. Coming back north with a tan and a heavy dose of vitamin D to get me through the seasonal depression! #neisdayforahobbswedding taken in Fernandina Beach, Florida by @misterneisguy

That out there in that lake is one of my bestest, most cherished, and trusted friends in the whole wide world and her crazy son (who is also my friend). Happy birthday Jaclyn! You are an inspiration to me and so many others... as represented in this gorgeous moment of you patiently teaching Ernie how to breathe out through his nose and not drown. Sending you lots of sister-witch love on this day! 💚🍷🧙‍♀️🦀 by @misterneisguy
