Proud mom moment!

@_faiththompson_ has been tearing it up as PR Manager for the Downtown Indy Alliance. She’s always got multiple projects going, but her most recent big ones involved all the writing for the new Downtown Indy website and the 2026 Community Report. I miss her to pieces but know she’s doing what she loves in the city she loves - couldn’t ask for anything more!

Hard fought game ending in a loss for VCA, but Zac loved having extra fans in the stands last night. Thanks Cathy & Lou Lampley and to Nancy Chelgren Allen (we didn’t get your photo - next time!) for coming out.

Now it’s UNLV’s turn - let’s see if the Rebels can cap off this wild college football day with a win. Gabbie’s cheering them on from the sidelines (arms & voice only - still not cleared to jump on that knee for a few more months, but she’s there losing her voice yelling at every game!).

Can’t think of a better way to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary than with an exciting overtime win for the VCA Eagles…and bonus: Gabbie’s in town to see it! Gabbie got to kick off football season last night with UNLV & loved being back in uniform with the Rebel Girls & Co! She’s got a few more months of ACL rehab to go, but that’s not stopping her from being at every practice & game, learning the arm motions to every routine, developing some killer abs & arms while her teammates run, and supporting her beloved team in everything they do this season. It’s not physically or emotionally easy, but if there’s one thing Gabs has in abundance, it’s perseverance. There’s no quit in my girl - she’s on her way back and will soon be stronger than ever! by @mistiet
