The quality of life in Australia is incredible and we forget that sometimes, the beauty everywhere, the beaches, the people, it truly is the Australian Dream ✌🏻 taken in Australia by @mitch_letcher

Okay since when did French food slap so hard, I’m coming back for the T-bone steak. Was such a great night at Madeleine, had fat chats with Cass about life over a myriad of dishes that kept coming out, soufflés, a perfectly cooked steak and a crème brûlée, they also have a huge selection of wines & staff that really know their stuff - like down to the vineyard in France and how the different vineyards mature their wine differently. Tottallly recommend 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

A standing backflip was a goal of mine for years, this year I achieved that. To work with Hollywood professionals as a writer is a dream of mine, this year I’ve taken the steps to make that dream a reality, completing an ultra-marathon has been a pipe dream for years but this year I completed that too. With a bit of encouragement and a lot of momentum I’ve realised I can truly do anything. God designed us to be great, to use our talents, to spread our metaphorical wings, I’m just living up to the gifts hes given me.

Wanted to re-upload the reel with subtitles as I realised I was mumbling the entire race, also levelled out the music so it sounds better taken in Avon Valley by @mitch_letcher

One of the most incredible experiences, one of the hardest and best things I’ve ever done. Something hit me at 50km in though, this realisation that the old me wouldn’t have been able to do this, not physically but mentally, I would’ve thrown in the towel n’ tapped out. I think Transcend represents the culmination of the work I’ve done on myself in the past 5 years, suddenly the idea of being alone with my thoughts for 11 hours is something awesome and not to be worried about.

Enough about the sad shit, all in all it was a dope event, very thankful to my support crew, Aidan, Kyle, Jess, Amy and of course Bec coming through at different aid stations, thankful for the volunteers who gave their time to keep us fed and going the right way, was so nice to see Amberley, even the crew I didn’t get to see like Chad n’ Tanami, thanks for coming anyway, n congrats to Macka and Cam who blitz’ it!

Another sidequest! This time @chadazizz & myself are trying Fencing!! The crew at @jsafencing let us try it out 🤺 It wasn’t just a fun time it was a genuinely great workout made all the better by how welcoming n’ clear the instructors were, you could feel the sense of excellence and detail in their teachings, very humbled by how technical the sport is, the footwork, timing and emphasis on technique reminded me of boxing a lot. taken in Perth, Western Australia by @mitch_letcher

Pinch me moment, this is my Super Bowl.

The Odyssey Premiere was very snazzy, very grateful to @universalpicsau ⚡️ y’all put on an EPIC night, truly. Storytelling is my life and I got to witness one of the best storytellers tell THE story of all stories. 🛶

More than just a homecoming journey, a statement about humanity, what happens when we lose sight of the acts of kindness that bind society together.

Ironically Nolan used one of the oldest stories recorded to tell an extremely relevant and timely tale. Let me know if you’ve seen it!! ⚡️
