UTMB Mount Kosci 100km ⛰️ 13 weeks of sleepless nights, early mornings, gruelling long sessions that took up most of our Sundays, burnout, fatigue & countless moments where we questioned everything. This was evidently a 2-year journey, training morning & night and ticking off our first 10km, 21km, 30km, 42.2km, 50km, 56km & then this — our first ever 100km ultra. Running a 100km ultra is no easy feat & takes incredible sacrifice, sometimes sacrificing your own health & wellbeing just to get a training session done. This was by no means easy, & for me, Wiz (Mitch), I battled a chest infection & asthma on the day, which made things 10x tougher. But the main thing is, we got it done. There were many dark moments where our heads ventured into deep waters, & it took serious resilience & strength to get back to normal. But there were also so many moments that made every drop of blood, sweat & tears worth it. We cannot thank our crew enough - @laurenmooree_ @andrspzn @joey_jones_1878 @courtney.boutcher @jesse_snds @cooperbankesfay & our legend of a fkn coach @kaylahumphreyy @ikigairunning_ - Without you guys, this wouldn’t have been possible. Everyone thinks running is an individual sport, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s about your team & the people around you — they are the reason you do what you do. We will see you all for our next challenge soon… (more Kosci vids to come 🎥) Love, Pag & Wiz 🤌 by @mitchell_lockhart
We’re closing our little studio. 💚 On 27th October, we’ll say goodbye to Energize. Two years. More than 5,500 bookings. Over 400 five-star reviews. And so many people we’ll miss seeing each week. To everyone who walked through our doors, shared their stories, brought a friend or trusted us with their recovery — thank you. And to everyone who helped build the space or keep it running, we couldn’t have done it without you. You’ve all been apart of something so special. We’re proud of what we built, and letting go is hard. But there’s a vision we’ve held onto for a long time, and we’re giving ourselves the time and energy to work towards it. We’re full of gratitude and excitement, and we’d love you to stay part of the journey. All members have been contacted directly. If you have any questions, please reach out. When times get tough, we come together 🤍 Johan is our beloved venue manager and one of the most important people in this community. In 2023 he was diagnosed with cancer — fought it, beat it, and showed up to work every single day through treatment. But now it’s back. And this time, it’s the biggest fight of his life. So on Saturday May 30, we’re opening our doors for him: * 12PM – 7PM * Live DJs · Live entertainment * Charity raffle · Live auction * Canapés * 🎟 $10 entry donation on the door If you’re a local business — we’d love your support. Auction items, raffle prizes, product donations or cash contributions all welcome. DM us to get involved! Can’t make it? You can still show up. Donate to Johan’s GoFundMe (IG highlights). Every dollar raised goes directly to Johan’s treatment and care. This is what community looks like. Johan’s fought hard for us. Now let’s fight for him! ❤️ by @mitchell_lockhart

Beyond The Valley! Thank you 🫶 My heart and cup are overflowing. I’m so grateful to have been able to grace Beyond The Valley for the 4th time. The feeling, the nerves, the emotions around this gig never fade — if anything, they continue to grow and get even more wild each fkn time. A massive thank you to everyone who came and danced with me for the countdown set - you guys are the real ones ☝️ I honestly had zero expectations going into a countdown set with some fierce competition and was absolutely blown away by the response. It definitely fuels the fire for more. Huge love to @a.j.greco & @untitledgroupau for the opportunity and for backing me in, and to my main crew for the undevoted love and support. Set recording dropping this week. Love you all, Mitch ❤️ by @mitchell_lockhart
