Surgical precision. Zero room for error. That’s where Robbins Excavation comes in. 💪

We were called in for a project that required more than just moving dirt and removing rock. This one required a delicate touch, experience, and absolute precision.

An existing rock wall needed to be removed while protecting mature trees, root systems, neighboring properties, and the meticulously maintained landscape surrounding us.

In this neighborhood, the properties are nothing short of exquisite, and the expectations are just as high. No mistakes. No damage. No shortcuts.

That’s exactly the kind of work we specialize in.

We carefully removed the rock wall, excavated the base, and finished this phase with fresh loam and grading, leaving the property clean and ready for what’s next.

Coming up: Water service, irrigation, and underground electrical.

And next year? That’s when the real transformation begins.

We’ll be excavating, importing premium-quality loam, and restoring this beautiful property to the rolling green pastures it was over 100 years ago.

Eight hours. House gone. Foundation gone. Site left broom-clean.

Robbins Excavation was contracted by @diamondhill.builders to complete the demolition and full site-work package for this new custom home in Exeter, New Hampshire.

In one eight-hour day, we:

• Demolished the entire house
• Removed all debris from the property
• Disconnected the water and sewer services and had them inspected
• Removed the complete eight-foot foundation, including the slab and footings
• Left the site clean and ready for the next phase

We take a lot of pride in how efficiently we work—but just as much pride in how we leave a job when we’re finished.

Some jobs demand more than iron—they demand a plan.

Ocean Boulevard in Rye was one of them.

With the right partners, the right equipment, and a crew that refuses to cut corners, we moved approximately 1,000 yards of stone that week compacted in 8-inch lifts, installed the sewer through the front wall and up through what will be the slab, and ran water sleeves for future access before everything gets closed in. Every move was made with the next phase already in mind.

A big thank you to @pmpcorp , @stoutconveyors which could be in our arsenal sooner than later, @northsouthconstruction who we are starting a strong working relationship with, @phitted_jake of @phitted_media for capturing this one. @mj_fern and @renaudtrucking for turning the rubber to get us the stone . This work takes a team that’s willing to push hard, think ahead, and execute. Props to my boys @srt_dbo for operating a very necessary part of the operation , @therealjasoncorkum for your relentless grit and effort and to the king himself danny boy. ROBBINS wouldn’t be the same without you guys.

We battled the heat. We battled the smoke. We earned every inch of this one.

Around here, we don’t chase the standard—we set it. That’s the responsibility that comes with leading from the front, and we take that seriously every day.

The foundation is ready. Next stop: setting the house.

Another one in the books for ROBBINS Excavation.

This project was more than just digging a trench. It took planning, coordination, and a crew that knows how to execute.

We crossed a main roadway, excavated over 10 feet deep, tied into the municipal sewer main, and ran a new service across both lanes of traffic to the house. Between the police detail, flaggers, underground utilities, and keeping traffic moving safely, there was no room for error.

The boys showed up, stayed focused, worked safe, and got it done. A couple days to complete the crossing, another day putting the finishing touches on the property—loam, cleanup, river rock, a small retaining wall, and leaving the site looking like we were never there.

Big thanks to @phitted_media for capturing this job the way it deserved to be seen, and to @diamondhill.builders for trusting us to get it done.

Set the goal. Build the plan. Execute safely. Everyone goes home.
