PORTSMOUTH, NH — ANOTHER ONE DOWN! 💪💥 Another demolition in the books for Robbins Excavation! We rolled into Portsmouth yesterday and got to work taking down a large two-story home on a double lot, making way for two new buildings, each containing two units — four brand-new apartments coming soon! This one wasn’t without its challenges. Overhead wires, tight working conditions, sidewalks, and all the permitting and regulations that come with working in the City of Portsmouth. There’s a lot more to these projects than just showing up with an excavator and knocking down a building. But that’s where experience makes the difference. We know how to navigate the challenges, coordinate the moving parts, and get the job done safely, efficiently, and professionally. And around here, we don’t shy away from the complicated ones. When Robbins Excavation steps into the batter’s box, we aren’t looking to take pitches. We’re swinging for the fences. And we’re hitting HOME RUNS. ⚾💥 Another property cleared. Another development moving forward. Another job done right. ROBBINS EXCAVATION LLC Experience. Precision. Results. #staydirty #200

Surgical precision. Zero room for error. That’s where Robbins Excavation comes in. 💪 We were called in for a project that required more than just moving dirt and removing rock. This one required a delicate touch, experience, and absolute precision. An existing rock wall needed to be removed while protecting mature trees, root systems, neighboring properties, and the meticulously maintained landscape surrounding us. In this neighborhood, the properties are nothing short of exquisite, and the expectations are just as high. No mistakes. No damage. No shortcuts. That’s exactly the kind of work we specialize in. We carefully removed the rock wall, excavated the base, and finished this phase with fresh loam and grading, leaving the property clean and ready for what’s next. Coming up: Water service, irrigation, and underground electrical. And next year? That’s when the real transformation begins. We’ll be excavating, importing premium-quality loam, and restoring this beautiful property to the rolling green pastures it was over 100 years ago. There’s something pretty special about being trusted to work on properties like these. It’s not just about what we remove or what we build. It’s about respecting everything around us while we’re doing it. Robbins Excavation LLC Experience matters. Precision matters. The finished product speaks for itself. 🚜

HOUSE TO CLEAN SLATE IN 8 HOURS. Another week. Another complete demo. This one’s for Houghton Builders , another high end #custombuilder on the #seacoast we do a lot of work for. With a Nor’easter rolling through the Seacoast, the rain was coming sideways and the wind was howling — turns out, it was a pretty damn good day to tear down a house. House gone. Foundation gone. Debris gone. Eight hours. The Robbins crew showed up Monday ready to roll, and everything was firing on all cylinders. We’re not worried about what anybody else is doing. We set our own pace. Clean. Efficient. Done right. Ready for the next phase. Robbins Excavation | Rye, New Hampshire #staydirty #200 🇺🇸

Eight hours. House gone. Foundation gone. Site left broom-clean. Robbins Excavation was contracted by @diamondhill.builders to complete the demolition and full site-work package for this new custom home in Exeter, New Hampshire. In one eight-hour day, we: • Demolished the entire house • Removed all debris from the property • Disconnected the water and sewer services and had them inspected • Removed the complete eight-foot foundation, including the slab and footings • Left the site clean and ready for the next phase We take a lot of pride in how efficiently we work—but just as much pride in how we leave a job when we’re finished. A big thank-you to Diamond Hill Builders for continuing to trust us with their projects. We’re building one hell of a team together, and the results speak for themselves. Let’s #getdirty we #staydirty . That’s #200

Some jobs demand more than iron—they demand a plan. Ocean Boulevard in Rye was one of them. With the right partners, the right equipment, and a crew that refuses to cut corners, we moved approximately 1,000 yards of stone that week compacted in 8-inch lifts, installed the sewer through the front wall and up through what will be the slab, and ran water sleeves for future access before everything gets closed in. Every move was made with the next phase already in mind. A big thank you to @pmpcorp , @stoutconveyors which could be in our arsenal sooner than later, @northsouthconstruction who we are starting a strong working relationship with, @phitted_jake of @phitted_media for capturing this one. @mj_fern and @renaudtrucking for turning the rubber to get us the stone . This work takes a team that’s willing to push hard, think ahead, and execute. Props to my boys @srt_dbo for operating a very necessary part of the operation , @therealjasoncorkum for your relentless grit and effort and to the king himself danny boy. ROBBINS wouldn’t be the same without you guys. We battled the heat. We battled the smoke. We earned every inch of this one. Around here, we don’t chase the standard—we set it. That’s the responsibility that comes with leading from the front, and we take that seriously every day. The foundation is ready. Next stop: setting the house. #staydirty that’s #200

Another one in the books for ROBBINS Excavation. This project was more than just digging a trench. It took planning, coordination, and a crew that knows how to execute. We crossed a main roadway, excavated over 10 feet deep, tied into the municipal sewer main, and ran a new service across both lanes of traffic to the house. Between the police detail, flaggers, underground utilities, and keeping traffic moving safely, there was no room for error. The boys showed up, stayed focused, worked safe, and got it done. A couple days to complete the crossing, another day putting the finishing touches on the property—loam, cleanup, river rock, a small retaining wall, and leaving the site looking like we were never there. Big thanks to @phitted_media for capturing this job the way it deserved to be seen, and to @diamondhill.builders for trusting us to get it done. Set the goal. Build the plan. Execute safely. Everyone goes home. On to the next one. @srt_dbo @therealjasoncorkum @mj_fern and Danny boi let’s do it again and again. #nicework. Even a #specialappearance by a @jumanjimovie #star #staydirty That’s #200 . Benny.

No site like a Benny site. Been a minute since I caught up with Benny and the crew! Caught them filling a foundation with gravel over in Rye. At this point construction sites are top 3 things to film, if I could do this all day everyday I would.

Today, we put the bow on it. Hundreds of conversations. Endless emails and meetings. Countless moving parts. One incredible result. This project started as a Seawall and sitework job but quickly turned into much more. The homeowner trusted us to oversee the entire process, coordinate the trades, solve problems as they arose, and keep the project moving forward. When the original seawall contractor that we hired fell apart at the one-yard line, @camtron7 and his crew stepped in and hand-built an incredible seawall that will stand for generations. @hamptonconcrete handled the foundation and poured the rear patio with precision, while @ficarab , Billy Ficara and the team at @exeterland transformed the exterior with beautiful bluestone, pavers, walkways, and finishing details. Along the way, we demolished existing structures, created access where there was none, excavated for a new garage foundation, coordinated deliveries, managed schedules, and navigated the challenges that come with working on a tight coastal property. Today, nearly two years later, the homeowner parked in his new garage for the first time. Projects like this don’t happen because of one person. They happen because skilled people show up, communicate, solve problems, and take pride in their work. I’m grateful for the trust the homeowner placed in us and proud of every contractor involved. I’d build this team again tomorrow. #Staydirty That’s 200.
