I’m excited to share that I’ve been selected as a member of @luxuryleagueatx for 2026. This group is made up of 30 Austin agents representing the top 0.1% of our market, and last year alone, members collectively closed nearly $2B in residential transactions.

None of this is possible without the amazing clients that support my business, there is not a day that goes by that does not think about you all. It will always be bigger than real estate and I will never take it for granted. I am grateful!

Can’t wait to collaborate with such an impressive group of professionals and continue raising the bar for client service in Austin real estate, back to work! taken in Austin, Texas by @mj_mc__

✨Member Highlight: MJ McFarland

Born in Watertown, New York, and raised in motion as the son of a U.S. military serviceman, MJ McFarland earned a full football scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and drive that now define his career.

Pairing that work ethic with a deep interest in finance and investing, MJ brings strategic thinking, market insight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to every real estate transaction. For MJ, real estate is the natural next field for a competitor who is driven to perform at the highest level and deliver results for his clients.

We’re honored to have MJ as a member of Luxury League, where his competitive spirit, strategic approach, and dedication to his clients reflect the standard of excellence our community represents.

Patiently waiting on the next best thing coming to Zilker.
For almost seven years, I’ve proudly represented Jack Boothe Construction, a builder known for quality, craftsmanship, and bringing the character and charm of a custom home to every spec build.

Their next project? A COMPOUND featuring two single-family homes on one lot, priced comparably to a single home in Tarrytown or Westlake.Slated for completion in January 2027, this is one I have a feeling won’t make it to market.

Swipe through for a look at some of Jack Boothe Construction’s past work in 78704, the same zip code Zilker calls home. Some opportunities are worth getting ahead of, message me for details! taken in Austin, Texas by @mj_mc__

This time of year is exciting for many football players, but for others, it can be one of the hardest times of their lives. As rosters are finalized and opportunities become limited, the dream of playing in the NFL begins to fade for many, and reality starts to set in.

My professional football career was brief, and for years, that ate me up inside. Not because I was bitter, but because I struggled to accept that it was over. It never sat well with me because I truly believed I had left so much out there. For the longest time, all I could do was reflect on what I should have done differently or could have done better.
I struggled in many ways after football. I beat myself up daily over decisions I made and decisions I did not make. But the one thing I never questioned was my effort. I never took the opportunity for granted. Ask any of my teammates.

During that transition, I felt like I had lost my identity. For the longest time, I did not know who I was because I believed I had failed to become who I thought I was supposed to be.
However, I never lost my drive.
I am a firm believer that your pain should pay you. It should pay you in wisdom. Pay you in knowledge. Pay you in perspective. And pay you by giving you the strength and ability to bounce back.I thank GOD for everything He has done in my life.

Sometimes, the end of one dream is where you discover everything else you were created to become.🙏🏾 taken in Austin, Texas by @mj_mc__

Some things on Lake Travis can’t be recreated.

A double-slip boat dock is one of them.

Reserved for double- lot waterfront estates and almost never available, this is the kind of feature that separates exceptional from irreplaceable.

Waterfront living, redefined. Asking $4,500,000
