Come tour 2012 Goodrich Avenue with me! 😍

We had the opportunity to walk through this incredible project by Jack Boothe, presented by MJ McFarland. Both homes are still under construction, but you can already see them coming to life through Jack Boothe’s creative eye. From the beautiful pools and thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor living spaces to the luxurious primary suites created as private retreat for an owner to relax and recharge, every detail feels perfectly suited for the Austin lifestyle. Even mid-construction, I was ready to move in!

And the location? It’s hard to beat. Living here means Barton Springs for a morning swim 🏊‍♀️, Lady Bird Lake for a run or bike ride 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️, Zilker Park for an afternoon outside, Downtown Austin just minutes away, and ACL practically in your backyard.

Add in the local restaurants, beautiful trees, walkable streets, and original Austin charm, and you can see why Zilker continues to be one of Austin’s most loved neighborhoods. 🌳
