queer theatre will forever be my driving reason for doing this work. our voices and stories are so powerful, and even more so combined. thank you to everyone who gave their experience, time, and insight to this show. every single one of you have left your handprint on me, and i am so thankful to have learned from and with you all. i had the time of my life, fighting dragons with you 🐉☢️

Fun Home post, 3:3.

It’s funny. I didn’t know why I was putting this off. I guess I know now.

To all UArtists: Every single member of this community had a hand in creating this show. We crafted this piece so specifically for the community we were presenting it to. Your weird, queer, artistic, neurodivergent selves called for this piece to be made. I am forever in debt to you for inspiring the breath of this piece. Thank you.

To my Fun Home artists: do you know how much I think about you? About the gifts you gave me every day by way of the work you did? Thank you now, thank you then, thank you forever. You all will be so successful in wherever these next few weeks, months, and years will take you. Theater, the ever-helpful-in-times-like-this work we do, will bring us together again, I promise you that.

Keep in touch, keep in creation. Please. 💛💙❤️ by @mk.prophett
