PART 1/2 🕊️

Dear Bella,

My precious baby girl. I love you so much. Issa, Mama, and Daddy love you so much. You will forever be cherished and live in our hearts.

Bella, you are the world’s best dog. You are so loved. You are the sweetest, most caring, so silly and clumsy, strong, and energetic, and you constantly protect our family. You saved Daddy’s. You protected us till the very end. There are no amount of words to show how much we love you. But please know that we do.

It is difficult to believe that you will not be physically here coming into this New Year. I do not want to believe it. But I am glad you are no longer suffering, my puppers. Watching you in pain for hours in the hospital really hurt, we saw you trying to walk, and being so strong, but you were only able to lift your precious head. You even tried to wag your tail when you saw Mommy. This was one of the hardest decisions we had ever made. I wish there was a world where we can continuing running around with you, you wagging your strong tail on my leg and rolling around the grass, in your favorite little area at the park. Bella, I hope you are running around chasing Dixxie and Meeca, while Missy and Yoshi watch. That you are eating your favorite treats, while laying on your favorite Hedgehog hog toy. Bella, you truly deserve the world.

You are my best friend and baby girl. You have been there through my ups and downs, and have saved me from the darkest of times. I’m scared to move on without you, but I know that you would want me and the rest of our family to keep going.

Baby Belly, thank you for showing all your love to us and sharing all those beautiful memories with us.

Pretty pretty Bella, we miss you so much. I know you would lick the tears off our faces if you saw us crying. The last hug I had shared with you was hard. I wanted to keep hugging you and feel your warmth.

Until next time, my baby Bella. I will one day give you a big hug, over the rainbow. For now, I will do my best to stay strong and protect our family. I know you will still continue protecting us tho, our guardian Angel 🐶🕊️

Some weeks I just feel like switching it up & doing a lil more w/ my workout split ✨

Every year, I try to challenge myself with something new-something that pushes me out of my comfort zone. This year it was kickboxing, but gotta give a special shoutout to LFBA’s Lagree! One of the 1st workouts I chose to step out of my comfort zone w/~ SHOUTOUT to @banaganaga for jumping into Lagree w/ me back in 2022

BTW, it’s been awhile since l’ve done some of these workouts. So ik my form was not the greatest in a few by @mkayrine
