Pearls, Pink, and Power

This weekend Alpha Alpha Chi Omega Chapter - Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated hosted our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Tea

This year’s panel discussion centered on the impact of this diagnosis on not just the women, but their families

Many of us will unfortunately know someone impacted by cancer, and the support we can offer goes far beyond a walk or fundraiser

Praying for all the survivors and thrivers out there - you don’t have to fight alone

God gives you what you need, when you need it

Life has been “lifing”, and not in the best way

Catching up with my homegirl was exactly what I needed in this moment

Thank you for the love, the laughter, and the memories

McDaniel and Tipton back together again

Sundays with Sorors

I spent a beautiful afternoon with my D9 sisters at the Columbia Sororitea

From the decor, to the food, to the keynote speaker, every detail made this a lovely event

Bonus was running into several Jack and Jill sister moms

Thank you to my host Soror Dianna for the invitation, until next time…..

Sisterhood and Service

Saturday I participated in the 2nd Annual Health Sciences Cancer Walk with my Alpha Alpha Chi Omega Chapter - Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Sorors

It was a beautiful day to walk in celebration of all cancer survivors and in memory of those who fought hard

It pains me to know so many impacted by this awful disease

Keep walking, keep hoping, keep praying for a cure
