If there is a will, there is a way. 🏡

Rates may not be ideal for everyone right now, but that doesn’t mean homeownership has to be put on hold. In today’s market, there may be opportunities to negotiate on the price of the home, which can create a different path toward making homeownership a reality.

This was a unique experience, and we actually closed sooner than we expected! 🙌🏾

Whenever we hit a hurdle, it was truly all hands on deck. Everyone involved came together, communicated, and worked quickly to find solutions and keep the transaction moving. Shoutout to the wonderful real estate agent on this deal @rojonyaross

Don’t count yourself out just because the market isn’t perfect. Sometimes, you just have to find the right strategy. 🔑🏡 taken in Sacramento, California by @mlo_laurent

I want to thank God, my husband, and everyone who continues to support me and my business. Because of you, I’m blessed to be in a position to give back to a place that means so much to me—my alma mater, Madera High School and the Madera High Coyotes. 🐺❤️💙

This sponsorship means more to me than just making a donation. I remember being that kid. I remember not having the money for the proper shoes, equipment, or tournament fees. I remember having to beg, hustle, and hope someone would step up and support me.

So today, even though I may not have a lot, I’m proud to give what I can. I believe you don’t have to have everything to make a difference. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone believes in you can mean everything to a young person.

I’m especially grateful knowing this support is going directly to these students through my close friends, Kenny and Darcy.

I used to be the kid hoping someone would help me. Now, I get to be someone who helps. And that is a blessing I’ll never take for granted. 🙏🏾

Wishing the Madera High Coyotes an amazing rest of the season! @maderacoyotesfootball @maderahighbluecrew

Thank you @dreamsunlimitedbysharie and the whole team for hosting this wonderful event. Continue to help the community stay equipped with the knowledge we need to make informed voter decisions. Voter education is more important than people think it is. Using your vote is a tool in your tool belt to help fix a problem. Do your part! taken in Elk Grove, California by @mlo_laurent

It is truly a blessing and an honor to serve as one of the sponsors for this incredible event and to have the opportunity to pay it forward.

Last year, I attended this celebration and was inspired by the sense of unity, joy, and positivity that filled the space. I knew then that I wanted to become involved in a meaningful way and help ensure this event continues to grow and impact our community for years to come.

The amazing people at @dreamsunlimitedbysharie are doing phenomenal work to uplift and empower our community, and I believe it is important for all of us to support efforts that create opportunities, connection, and positive change.

I hope to see all of your beautiful faces this Saturday as we come together to celebrate Juneteenth, honor our history, embrace our culture, and build an even brighter future. See you there! 😎✨ taken in Old Town Plaza Elk Grove by @mlo_laurent
