Work featured:
“Co-parenting” - wood frame containing a pair of my mother’s socks and my father’s braid
“Lover’s tradition” - two used, blue Oral-B toothbrushes held in a ceramic frame
“Bedside collection” - ceramic doily embellished with my used contacts
“Lovewell” - shrine with driveway gravel, glass, foliage and ceramic vessels containing a birds nest, donkey teeth and tail hair

‘Homebody’ is a collection of work that celebrates and mourns the life of a home. Specifically, my first home in Arkansas. It’s where I was first mesmerized by the power of window reflections, granny panties and convection ovens.

I invite you to come by the space this week and look at some objects and glass doors. Most importantly, the CD chandelier @stevieejeebie and I haphazardly hung for our 19th bday.

Good Painting Decision, 2023

Mixed Media shrine including:
My first ever painting review (2020), handmade oil paint sticks (sap green, dioxazine purple), shards of mirror and glass, studio notes, studio snacks, my most favorite brushes, retired gesso stir sticks, bamboo skewer (always), masonite and poplar wood
