Spider-Man ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ High School student Peter Parker is given extraordinary abilities from a science experiment gone awry. After a personal tragedy teaches him the importance of responsibility, Peter uses his intellect and ingenuity to become the crime-fighter known as Spider-Man. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Beyond excited to show you all my brand new MM-Verse Spider-Man. I was originally very happy with my V1 Spidey suit from last year, but over time I started to play with various new design elements that I became quite fond of. • This is a collaboration project between myself and @webhead_customs HUGE shoutout to him for offering to help with the webbing on this guy. Dylan is perhaps the best and most experienced Spider-Man customizer, and I needed his help to make this as good as possible. I seriously cannot thank him enough. • Dylan did all of the black outlines as well as the webbing and the eyes. I painted the blue sections, the back spider, and the front spider symbol as well as the hands. • Dylan was kind enough to include some posable web effects that can latch onto minifigure wrists. The longer web went perfectly with my NYC diorama base that I modeled and printed. I’ll show that in a later post. • Finally, the drawings done on the final two slides were done by my buddy @etho.png who is incredibly cool and talented and I recommend following his page! • Once again incredibly proud of this figure, and huge thanks to the people who helped make it possible! • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure #spiderman #legospiderman #legomarvel #marvel #legomarvelsuperheroes #comics #peterparker by @mm_figs

𝙅𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙂𝙐𝙀 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After a dangerous alien threat emerges in Metropolis, Superman unites a group of Earth’s greatest heroes to join forces and save the world from annihilation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Been working on these guys for awhile before brickfair and just recently finished them. Shoutout @neffscustoms for taking these photos for me. • Most of these use 3D printed muscle torsos that I designed. The arealight curved torso for Wonder Woman was provided by @jam0423.lego • Superman uses a standard lego cape that I cut up to be slimmer. The belt is made of vinyl with a sculpted buckle. The hairpiece was modeled and printed by me and the face is painted. • The Batman cape was cut from a firestar toys overcape. Everything was painted, including the face. The cowl was made by @inputbrick • Wonder Woman uses the Captain Carter head with a sculpted tiara. I modeled and printed the gold armor piece on the torso and made the belt/skirt from cloth and vinyl. • The Flash uses a 3D-printed cowl that was made for me by @inputbrick • Green Lantern has a hairpiece from firestar and the official TLG head with a repainted mouth. • Martian Manhunter has a cut overcape with a dry-sculpted clasp. The head is modeled and printed by me. The straps are vinyl and the belt and emblem are printed. • Aquaman uses a blank muscle torso model with a chainmail texture sculpted on. The hairpiece and trident are from firestar. • Having lots of fun here at Brickfair and I’ll have a post about it soon. Let me know what you think of these figures! • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure #dc #justiceleague #legodcsuperheroes #superman #batman #martianmanhunter #wonderwoman #flash #greenlantern #aquaman by @mm_figs

Black Panther • Took a bit of a break this year but finally getting back into making stuff. Expect a lot more next year. • The helmet on this was from a WM knockoff. I sanded off some of the molded details and sculpted my own. All the gold bits on the figure are sculpted with Tamiya putty, a great alternative to procreate since that’s hard to come by now. The paintwork was fairly simple. The gold was painted using a Molotow chrome paint pen. • I have no idea where the spear came from. I found it in a box that I’ve had for years. The cape and collar are from Cape Madness. Everything was sealed with a gloss finish. Overall really happy with how this turned out, let me know what you think! • #lego #customlego #legocustom #legocustomminifigures #customlegominifigure #minifigures #legominifigures #marvel #legomarvel #legomarvelsuperheroes #blackpanther #avengers #fantasticfour by @mm_figs

Hey guys! 2023 is coming to close, and I wanted to make a post recognizing the incredible work done by my fellow customizers this year. • Everyone active in the community continued to improve their skills and share consistently impressive figures. I think this year is especially marked by the sheer innovation shown by everyone. From using 3D printing to come up with incredible new pieces, to using sculpting, swapable features, and even lights to make the creations really stand out. Everyone really showcased their unique styles by implementing brilliant new painting techniques and new elements. • Really proud of the work this community has done this year, and while there are always ups and downs, it continues to be a positive and innovative space that I’m happy to be a part of! • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure by @mm_figs

MM-VERSE - Venom ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reeling from humiliation at the hands of Peter Parker, Eddie Brock merges with a vengeful Symbiote creature to become the monstrous Venom. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sold my original Venom figure from 2021 earlier this year and always intended on updating him. The design is a complete overhaul with changes to the vein patterns and spider logo. The most notable change is the body of the figure itself. I used the new Midfig body print from @benson_bone as well as his ball jointed head and Venom helmet/jaw. The torso underneath is a sanded official Lego torso. The legs and hands were printed by me. • I painted the body in a matte black base and painted all of the white sections with Vallejo white model paint. The teeth were painted in a light coat of white paint and then hit with a black wash and brown dry-brushing. After everything was painted, I sprayed the whole figure with Mod Podge gloss sealer. • The Eddie Brock head was entirely painted by me and sports a hairpiece also from @benson_bone. The Symbiote tendrils were sculpted and painted in a gloss black. • Overall really proud of the figure and I think it’s a huge improvement over my first version. MM-VERSE - Sandman ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ During a fierce chase with Spider-Man, young New York criminal William Baker is caught in a dangerous secret experiment, causing him to transform into the shape-shifting Sandman. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Been awhile since my last figure and I had this guy done for months so i figured I’d post him. • Nothing too special here. Everything is painted by me. The right hand was 3D printed and coated with procreate and sand before being painted. MM-Verse - M.O.D.O.K. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sinister A.I.M. scientist George Tarleton uses his powerful technology to transform himself into the super-genius M.O.D.O.K. in order to combat the Avengers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In honor of peak fiction releasing next week, I’ve been hard at work at making my own version of Modok. Modok has always been one of my favorite marvel villains and I wanted to keep the design mostly faithful to his comic appearance. • The base body was modeled and printed by me. I used a standard LEGO head model, scaled it up, and added the suit around it. The hairpiece is based on the young Harry Potter hair. • I also made a jet exhaust stand that slots into the bottom of the figure to hold him up. Inspiration for that came from the Marvel Legends figure. The arms and legs are made with minimates as opposed to normal LEGO limbs because they scale better with the figure. • Everything on here was 100% hand-painted by me. Overall very proud of this figure, especially when it comes to the 3D modeling. Let me know what you think! • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure #modok #marvel #legomarvelsuperheroes #legomarvel by @mm_figs

“We’ll meet again, friend.” • Star Wars Holiday Special - Boba Fett • To celebrate the Holiday season, I made Boba Fett in his classic colors from the Holiday Special. I wanted to keep a very simplistic style with this one to match that of the cartoon he appeared in. • The wonderful helmet piece was a cast that was originally sculpted by @lm9_productions • The rest of the figure uses various armor pieces from different sellers, as well as a chest plate that was modeled and printed by myself. Everything was then painted in vibrant base colors to give the classic cartoon vibe. The rifle was a mashup of two brickarms guns. • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure #legostarwars #starwars #bobafett #holiday #starwarsholidayspecial by @mm_figs

𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 🔪 • Here’s Michael Myers from the Halloween franchise. I know I’m a little late on this but I wanted to make sure I had this figure to my liking before posting. • The body is painted by me and the upper collar area is sculpted. I made a total of 6 masks for this (L-R - Halloween 1978, H4, Resurrection, 2018, Kills, Ends) and I also included an H2 mask made by my buddy @jamzfigs many years ago. • The two hairpieces used for the masks were modeled and printed by me. The knife is from @firestartoys • Let me know what you think! • #lego #legocustom #customlego #customlegominifigure #customlegominifigures #minifigures #minifigure #michaelmyers #halloween #horror taken in Haddonfield, IL by @mm_figs

Jason Voorhees- Friday the 13th • Second Halloween related fig of the month. Decided to mashup Jason’s look from parts 3 and 4, using more vibrant colors for the clothes as well as a much more rotted skin tone. Huge huge thank you to @natesminifigs for sending me the @citizenbrick Hockey Enthusiast head, which I then painted and weathered. The machete is taken from my old Jason back in 2020. Everything is fully painted by me.
