Day 3

The best part of today was being in the lane next to Jen all day, we couldn't have planned that better if we tried! I'm so lucky to be able to do this with her, while also having my other sister, Margy, and my Mom right there cheering us on.

And, I'm so happy she is up to 1st where she belongs!

Event 5 - 3rd
Event 6 - 11th
Event 7 - 24th (😬 it's ok)

Overall 7th

Now on to finals tomorrow at 11:44 EST/8:44 PST by @mmdieter

In 3 weeks, I get to share the competition floor with my amazing sister as she tackles her 10th CrossFit games and I fight through my first!

We created this merch to mark this special celebration.

Designs are live now if you'd like to purchase one.

CrossFit Semifinals weekend is done! It wouldn't have been the same without the incredible support from our Code 541 family!

A huge thank you to everyone! It ended up being fun, even though it was "type 2 fun"! 😂 Huge shout out to Lauren and Keenan for going the extra mile by taking the judging courses and rearranging their weekends for us. And a huge thank you to Greg for tackling the comp right alongside me and for helping convince me to take the plunge! A massive thank you to our incredible community at Code 541, including the Powell family, Sarah, Conner, and everyone else who came out to push and cheer us on, as well as the constant push and support from all our members in class, day in and day out. It not only makes us stronger but also builds this amazing community we have! This journey wouldn't be the same without you all. So proud to be part of this crew! 💙

Finally, a huge shout out to my incredible sister Jennifer – the one who always convinces/bullies me to sign up for these silly things (despite my strong initial reluctance!) and then provides amazing support (and friendly competition!) from across the country while crushing it and kicking my butt herself! by @mmdieter

So grateful for an ex-bike shop employee husband who could rescue me yet again from the puncture-loving Bend roads. While also teaching me the importance of a proper check over before you hop on the bike for a ride, apparently bikes shift better when the wheel is all the way on🤔 by @mmdieter

So fun to get out in the woods and find our tree this year. Rose pushed us to go and found the best tree, Mason did most of the cutting, Aaron carried it to the truck, and I took pictures. Fun family day! by @mmdieter

Fun holiday weekend, only captured some of it on camera, some good bike rides, hanging with friends, camping, lake and river time, new sun glasses, and lots of trampoline jumping. by @mmdieter
