A Dinner of Gratitude.
Eighteen guests. Four courses. One family.
Ronnie turned 65 and threw the night for everyone else; her brothers and sisters, her children, and the memory of her mother and father. Modern Classical Chefs built a Tour of Italy menu around her Calabrian roots:
· Calabrian chili shrimp skewers
· Involtini di melanzane
· Puglian stone fruit + burrata
· Sacchetti alla rosa
· Pollo alla cacciatora in bianco
· Tiramisù
Five stars, and a thank you we’ll be keeping for a while. Grazie, Ronnie.

Hospitality Means Every Guest Feels Considered ✨

This weekend in Long Beach Island, we created a fully customized private dining experience for a bachelorette party with multiple dietary preferences and requests.

🐟 Australian Sea Bass for our Kosher guests
🥩 Filet mignon for the steak lovers
🍗 Crispy skin-on chicken breast for guests preferring poultry
🧀 Custom plating accommodations throughout the evening

Three entrées.
Two sauces.
One seamless luxury dining experience.

Because true hospitality isn’t about forcing one menu on everyone — it’s about adapting in real time so every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

An honor we never take for granted.

Last evening, we returned to St. Peter Roman Catholic Church ,one of Modern Classical Chefs’ original clients, to prepare dinner following the annual Confirmation Mass for Bishop Joseph Williams, Pastor Tim Byerley, and attending clergy.

Since 2022, this has become a tradition we are deeply grateful to continue.

While the Mass is taking place, our team works quietly behind the scenes in the Rectory kitchen preparing a refined dining experience for the evening ahead. It is a beautiful reminder that hospitality belongs everywhere — from luxury homes to meaningful community gatherings.

Special thanks to Christina Varano and Nick for the incredible service, care, and beautiful table settings each year.

We are humbled by the continued trust placed in our team.

WE MAKE PRIVATE DINING STRESS-FREE ✨

A recent client accidentally had 4 extra guests arrive for dinner.

Food was purchased for 13 guests.
There were suddenly 16 adults and a child.

Did we panic?
No.

Because true hospitality is not about things going perfectly.
It is about adapting calmly and protecting the guest experience.

We quietly adjusted portions, reworked plating, reassured our grieving client, and made the evening flow seamlessly.

Nobody noticed.

Everyone laughed, celebrated, and enjoyed a beautiful evening honoring a loved one’s legacy ❤️

That is the difference between simply cooking food and delivering luxury hospitality.

Thank you Maria for your beautiful 5-star review and for trusting Modern Classical Chefs with such an important evening.
