This was so worth getting up early for! 🤣 The amount knowledge that was shared with us was priceless and it was great to see how many people were already aware of some of this info ahead of time! Dan & I met @thehammontonhappyhour & always have a nice chat each time we see each other. We want to congratulate @chuckthewineguy for being the winner of the golden ticket! Starting April and for the 2nd quarter, we are going to be donating a dollar for each ticket that gets added to the jar. If you would like to also be part of this match or just donate your service or a product, let us know. Proceeds will go to our friends at @keepmusicaliveorg ! Dan Ninerell, owner and founder of Modern Classical Chefs LLC (@modernclassicalchefs) and alumni of LAEDA’s Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (Session 102), brings 30+ years of culinary experience into high-end, in-home dining for busy professionals and executives. His client-first approach blends professional training with personalized, nutrition-focused meals. We sat down with Dan to ask about his experience with entrepreneurship and LAEDA’s programs, and here’s what he shared: “My biggest takeaway is honestly: why didn’t I do this sooner? I wish I had known about LAEDA at the very beginning—it would’ve made such a difference. There were a lot of ‘Ah-ha!’ moments. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, and the quality of the training blew me away. I learned about paying taxes as you go, how important personal credit is before business credit, and so much more. The program helped me in ways I still feel today. I use what I learned all the time, I’ve stayed connected with several instructors, and the marketing techniques have been a huge part of how I grow my business.” Click below to read more: https://tinyurl.com/e8nmx4wy Interested in learning about LAEDA's Business Training Programs?
