I have dreamed of this black belt podium and those blue and yellow flowers. Now I dream of gold ❤️‍🔥

It has been the year of the Bronzes, the Bronze age if you will 🤪🥴 I have taken bronze at every major I participated in: Gi Europeans (brown), Gi worlds (brown), ADCC European Trials, No-gi europeans (black) and now No-gi worlds (black). Even though I have done well in smaller opens and tournaments I am of course aiming for the top of the podium at the majors as well. I am coming up on 8 years of jiu jitsu soon and I trust my progress and my passion.

In my semifinals I didn’t felt logged out and completely without my usual fighter spirit. It is the first time I have ever felt like that and hopefully I will never feel like that again. Looking back at the fight I feel like I almost already had given up before walking onto the mats. What is nice is that I hate the feeling afterwards of not feeling like I gave my all, and I know I never want to repeat it!

I want to thank my coach @maxlindbladjj and @starkjiujitsu for honestly saving my life by taking me in with open arms this year. I also want to thank my old gym in Norway that I left @wulfingacademy and everyone who sparred with me and showed up for me 🫶 it is amazing to see you all perform at the big stages. Thank you to my family, I love you so much ❤️

Thank you to @kingzkimonos @kingzeurope always 👑

My first Gi Major as a Black Belt 🥈 It’s 2026 and I have broken the Major Bronze Curse of 2025!

Thank you to @starkjiujitsu and @maxlindbladjj @elinamoestam but also everyone representating the gym. I feel so at home and happy to train everyday. I am so excited to go back home and work and train with you. Your presentations and dedication fuel me along side my own obsession with this. Biggest thank you to all my sparring partners everyday 🫶 You know who you are and I APPRECIATE you soooo much!

To my road here I want to thank my roots, @apex_kalmar with coach @johan.gust . My first BJJ class I was taught Kiss of the Dragon and couldn’t put my mind to how spinning on my head had anything to do with grappling. Now it’s one of my favourite moves and you are the base to my entire game. Thank you to @wulfingacademy @langakerbjj for all the support along the way. I apologise to both of these coaches that I still can’t bolo or crab ride properly.

Proud to represent Sweden @sbjjf Thank you for the support 🇸🇪

Thank you to my parents ❤️ and sister. I love you so much

Thank you to the best sponsor @kingzeurope @kingzkimonos ❤️‍🔥 Thank you for believing in me and supporting me! Thank you to @psportink for patching up my gi in glitter! taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @modigmartialarts

I honestly don’t know what to say. I ran out of adrenaline and dopamine long ago. One week ago I did my MMA pro debut so I came to ADCC with no expectations or pressure. I just wanted to coach and watch my team mates perform and have a good time. But as soon as I step on the mat you know I want 🩸 so I managed to get 2 submissions and one decision win!

Thank you so much to my fellow -55 girls in the bracket, many of who I know and care about dearly. You all built a stacked bracket and are all so inspiring. It was also an honor to go an all swedish final against @annnamountan

I will enjoy a few more days here in Poland and soak in the polish techno vibezzz. Thank you so much @wulfingacademy, what a crew! Thank you @langakerbjj who also did an absolute killar performance to the podium!

Sometimes I get armbared. Obviously didn’t feel my best and didn’t feel very strong competing this weekend. On the up side I am stoked for Europeans where I will show my jiu jitsu

Traveling and competing with friends is something that gives me so much joy, win or loose. Big congratulations to @tarik_bjj and @afifkhanjj who both medaled and did much better performances than me! Probably because of my fantastic coaching (shouting the time). Proud of everyone competing ❤️

BTS at Enyo 9, with Josefine… A world class athlete, exciting competitor, and the person who answered the door wearing a face mask the first time we met 🤣

The @goldenprocamp has come to an end and I am on my way back from sunny Cyprus. This was such an amazing experience ❤️‍🔥So many hard working girls and women on one mat, each and everyone want to get better and better each other. Had many tough rounds and tasks and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my time here. Thank you so much for inviting me to the camp, it was amazing. Had an absolute blast with my room mate @injanagoodman and @margotciccarelli and out lovely DJ and driver @yousefneff ❤️‍🔥 immaculate vibes taken in Larnaca, Cyprus by @modigmartialarts
