Here are some highlights from Henry’s Nordic Open matches. 3 out of 4 finishes on the way to gold. Not a single point or advantage conceded across 4 matches.

Nordic Open Championship in BJJ. Grateful for the experience and to share it with so many today. Henry managed to come up on top in a bracket of 15 competitors, facing mostly kids two years older than himself.

Thanks to everyone who helped him prepare.

Four days of hard training with high level women at @goldenprocamp in Cyprus 🤼‍♀️🌅

Thanks to Eleftheria for organising it all, I couldn’t recommend the camp enough! It was great to build friendships with likeminded women in the sport and get to know them on a personal level, outside of just training 💛☀️

BTS at Enyo 9, with Josefine… A world class athlete, exciting competitor, and the person who answered the door wearing a face mask the first time we met 🤣
