Please pray for Collin’s family & friends who will miss him beyond measure. Matt & Jake shared every cross country & most track seasons from 5th grade to Sr yr & Collin was 1 of their closest friends throughout. He was a staple at our home for years, & we will miss his infectious smile, big hugs, laugh & stories. Collin was one of a kind & so special it’s impossible to capture in words, but if you read his obituary, you’ll know some of his accomplishments & the impact he made in 19 years. TRULY incredible. The charity Collin founded will continue & now focus on mental health issues & helping others. LINK to his obituary & his charity in Bio.

In July, Todd & I did our 5th #29029, but that one, I climbed & raised funds for the #KylePeaseFoundation. Helping athletes w/ disabilities through sport & beyond! If you don’t know about them, it’s an incredible organization. Kyle’s brother, Brent, is the head coach for #29029. The 1st time I heard them speak together, I KNEW I wanted to be involved with their organization. BIG SHOUTOUT to all donors who supported me, but really, Supported KPF!! When I 1st heard about @29029official I thought, “NO way!” Beyond grateful I finally said “YES”. The event, the challenge & most of all, the people, have changed me & help me grow in beautiful ways. I’ve grieved on those mountains. I forgave myself. Learned to love myself & others better. I’ve let go of things, but gained more. To my friends I’ve made, thank you for being part of my journey/our journey - for Todd & me as a “team” & for our 4 sons & “US” as a family. This 5th climb, I was beyond honored to climb for @thekylepeasefoundation. Coach Brent & Kyle Pease are inspirational, funny & a dynamic duo. When I 1st heard them speak, I knew I wanted to do more for their foundation. @voiceofcolleen you are 1 of a kind, a treasure to so many, and TRULY THE voice of the mountain. To the coaches, you are the BEST of the best. To the volunteers, never meet a better crew. To the founders, what a GIFT you have given to thousands of people. To my friends & fellow climbers, YOU inspire me. Always an HONOR to share the mountain and the experience with you. For those I climbed in memory & In honor of, thank you for sharing the journey with me. 🙏🏔️❤️
