Entrepreneurship is a journey.😅

It is not for the faint of heart.❤️

But when you love what you do it makes it easier when there are ups and downs.🎢

Designing spaces with pieces I’ve lovingly chosen to make your house feel like a home is what I do best.🫶🏻

Thank you for following along in this long and twisty journey. There is nothing else I’d rather be doing. 💕

We’re just getting started. 🎉

We love a transformation.

While we always go in with a strategy, there is something so satisfying about seeing it all come together.

We’ve created a sense of home for the buyer who needs to see how it will all come together for them (that’s all buyers by the way).

It’s exciting every time.

We can’t wait to see the sold sign go up quickly on this one. taken in London, Ontario by @moffattgracedesign

Apparently, green is having a moment.

And honestly? We get it.

While our shade might not be the Colour of the Year, this project is a little reminder of why we keep coming back to green.

It brings depth, warmth, and just the right amount of personality to a space.

We’ll never say no to a little colour validation.

A little peek into what my days often look like as the Creative Director.

From big-picture ideas and creative direction to the tiniest details that bring everything together, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes.

Some days are all about dreaming up what’s next, others are about bringing the vision to life and most are a little bit of everything in between.

The best part? Getting to turn ideas into something real and build a business that feels like me.

A little creative chaos, a lot of passion, and always something new in the works.

The right rug size can make or break a room.

A properly sized rug helps anchor your furniture, define the space, and make the room feel balanced and intentional.

One of the biggest design mistakes? Going too small!

When it comes to rugs, bigger is often better.

Still not sure? Reach out to us.

Buyers don’t just buy a house — they buy a feeling.

That’s why depersonalizing and staging your home before listing can make such a difference.

When buyers walk through, you want them to see beyond your personal belongings and start imagining their life there — their furniture, their family, their memories.

A beautifully staged home creates a welcoming, neutral canvas that allows buyers to think:

“I can see myself living here.”

That emotional connection is what turns a house into their home.

This is what we mean when we say staged with buyers in mind.

Every space feels intentional, inviting, and ready for someone to picture themselves calling it home.

The kind of home that makes buyers stop scrolling, walk through the door, and start imagining where they’ll put the Christmas tree.

We’re calling it now — that SOLD sign is incoming.

Yesterday, Moffat Grace Design joined us for our monthly Lunch & Learn to talk all things staging: from creating a great first impression to highlighting a home's best features. They also shared more about their approach, services, and how they can help bring a listing to life.

A big thank you to Moffat Grace Design for sharing their expertise with us and for providing our team with a delicious lunch! by @moffattgracedesign

What happens when you turn your love of design into a business?

A lot of early mornings, moving furniture, last-minute changes, creative decisions, beautiful spaces, and moments that make it all worth it.

Here’s a little glimpse of what happens behind the scenes at Moffatt Grace Design.

Still so grateful that this is what I get to call work. by @moffattgracedesign
