@ironman_uk Wales - 12:44:45 ✅

The past 10 months of 5am alarms, late nights, missed plans, hard graft was all worth it for the unbelievable experience the whole event was on Sunday.

When I first signed up, the goal was to finish, then it was to get done in 15 hours, then 3 weeks ago I had the idea of sub 13, and I smashed it.

I want to thank my beautiful Mrs’ @lac.ie for putting up with me through this whole process and stupid idea. I love you millions.

I can’t thank my family and friends enough for coming to support me and share the experience with me.

@swin_performance for putting the plan in place to even get to the point of the start line, never mind crossing the red carpet aswell as the solid group of boys I’ve met in the process 🩷🤍

@nathan_dix for keeping me in check and building the base behind the endurance.

Can’t wait for the next, whenever it may be @lac.ie 👀 taken in Tenby, Pembrokeshire by @mogxy_

Couple clips from the 5th June @unhingedwales ‘GETTING UNHINGED’ @diff_radio show.

Didn’t plan anything in this one, so not much talking and more folder digging 😅 bit of a builder set, couple fun tunes, bit of acid in the mix. Something for all x

Full recording on @diff_radio mix cloud

Need to look back at my history for the full track ID’s in the clips, so will update later…
