Happiest i feel when i am on the mat!

Really thankful to @aumgaur for an incredible classes :) I know a class is meticulously designed with care, when going into sheershasana feels as simple as standing :)

After a short hiatus and some side quests with gym, running, paragliding, hiking, etc…i am back on my mat and it makes me feel so grateful.

Because of all the side quests i feel so much stronger. Arriving at aasanas feel more effortless, of course some flexibility is lost, but as i always say, progress in every practice!

Planning to take online yog classes in november, and some offline sea masti yog class in goa, dm if interested :)

Goa is truly one of the love letters for hippies like me, who dont want to be associated to any place, person, lifestyle…and yet want to exist and feel like they belong!

Himalayas remain the undisputed champions of this game tho!

8 years of choosing the slow life.
6 years of making intentional slow travel a part of my living.
4 years of choosing to breathe slow.
2 years of slowing down my reaction time.
Only to understand the susegad philosophy of life that the goans brag about!

I have lost many opportunities. I have lost many friends. I have lost many material possessions. I have lost many seats. But all was worth it cause in losing all this, i always ended up chosing myself, knowing myself, and more importantly finding myself! ❤️

Back in the day when i started reading tarot cards, i found it really hard to read for myself. I was and still to an extent am, a morbid brooding child on the inside. Id spiral and spiral and spiral till i feel exhausted and ready to give up.

But over the past couple of yesrs, as the internal voice inside my head has gotten a little kinder, the intuition and instinct to see the light than chasing darkness has started happening.

Now tarot guides me, i still cannot predict the things that i want, bias is strong, but i ahve started to trust the guidance for myself as much as i trust it for my querents!

It has been a super slow run, but you know at least we are running and at least we are getting out of the bed at the break of the dawn, and at least we are loving the version that we are becoming!

Stay strong all you cookie-poos! The end is right there to this turmoil. I know you can feel it too! I know it cause i do feel it sometimes.

Brace yourself to completely transform yourself at the hand of the universe, let it groom you into the best version of yourself. You just have to do one thing, surrender to the doer, and become an observer! (You are both)

‘I wish there was a way to know you are in the good old days before youve actually left them.

Been thinking about this a lot, and feeling grateful, that i understand, accept and acknowledge that i am already having the best of days, and i havent even left them.

I often become nostalgic while being in the moment about the very moment. I know it will never happen again. I will never feel this surge again. Even if it recreates, the serendipitousneas of the moment wont have the same effect. (Diminishing marginal utility ftw)

Thankful and grateful for this wisdom.
