Not gonna lie, this update should have gone put like 4 months back, but well I don't like to heckle myself with tireless things like time and here we are with wholesomness in my being and gratitude in my heart!

Classes are going to be live from 12th June.
There's going to be a session on 10th June which is free, it is to thoda chit chat before doing the final drill.

I get easily distracted and for the same reason I am keeping batch of 5 only for starters. And for the start will be hosting max 4 batch of alternate week classes anywhere between 12-15 classes. Classes will be both in the evening and morning! 🌻

I am so so excited to unleash the session plan with yall. Oh god I have never felt so convinced that I created something nice.

For any other information my dms are open. There's a small form that you will have to fill, dm me , call me, love me hehe

I am very excited. I am excited for you too as of now.
P.s. friends please share this as much as you can, it's fucjing huge for me to be doing this and your support will mean the world ❤️

Love and light, let's make magic happen on mat! ❤️

Life has suddenly become mystical. The highs are to die for and the lows, well those literally kill me.

Living in faith is like walking on a double edged sword, the minute you take your gaze away from that distant sunset, you feel lost.

You find meaning in your faith, while you lose yourself when you lose it, even for a second. Your identity crumbles, your path dwindles, and you lose trust. You lose trust in your existence, in your love, in HIS love.

But then of course, just like every romantic movie, your faith comes chasing back. And when it does, you realise the futility of the thoughts that clouded your heart. You feel the love. You feel the grace. You feel HIM, and things seem to be complete. Which is again ironical because you were always complete, a whole on your own.

Faith never leaves is what I want to come back to with this post, it just disappears to help you take charge of yourself.

#December has been beautiful, just like 2022, and I have many people to thank for it. But most of all I have my faith to humble me and feel grateful for. :)

I haven't been kind to myself for the most part of my life. I lied to self, I underestimated myself, I hurt my soul and my being (insulted even) in the process.
It took me 27 years to be kind to self. Don't get me wrong, in general I am quite a kind person but somehow it was really difficult to extend the same to myself.

I understand. I often find myself talking to my younger self these days. I tell her I understand why she did what she did. I tell her it's okay, she hasn't let anyone down. I iterate to her that it's okay even if you did cause it is necessary for growth. I find myself being proud of my old self, and prouder on the current.

Incredible things happen when you commit to self and accept whatever you do. You accept the mortality of this body while being in awe of the transcendental soul. You love both the flesh and bones while respecting the divine element that resides in the bosom of this flesh and body!

It is a surreal union, yuj, of your own being. And it is nothing short of magnificent. 😭

Quoting my favorite song of @pinkfloyd, Shine on you crazy diamond! 🍁

Light #sundaymorning stretches with yoga and mindfulness followed by a nice cup of tea, is a bliss which many know of but seldom they make it a way to enjoy! ❤️🌻

I am a Sucker for simple things, simple love, simple life, simple practice and simple joys! My life goal is to live as uncomplicated as I could. Life fearlessly with clarity.

Yoga is the tool that is providing me clarity, everyday and every moment!
Loving to live with my body, my inner child is so happy and so loved! :)

Just while getting out of my practice today I stepped out to serve some dogs. While opening a packet, I found myself struggling with it.

I realised yet again my hypocritical ways of living my life. I say I am a slow person yet I have so much stress inside me.
I cannot for the love of life stand straight. I keep moving and now since I know a little about yog I call it because of the tridosh in my body I can't straight. Excuses. Yes. Even people on spiritual path lie and give excuse.

Anyway so I resorted to the slow way. I gathered my self and again tried to tear the packet. I did it. Just a moment of gathering myself and doing things with process, made it happen.

A profound realisation it is to slow down in all aspect of your life. Release all unnecessary step and embrace the slow life- got my goal for the rest of the year :)

I am loving awareness

This Janmashtami, I find myself in a contemplative space, reflecting deeply on my relationship with Krishna. While his tales have always been a part of my life's tapestry, and the Bhagavad Gita has sat on my shelf, beckoning me, I've come to realize that knowing of him is not the same as truly knowing him.

There was a time when my own ego acted as a veil, preventing me from seeing his profound wisdom. But this year, something shifted. A few verses from the Gita resonated, hinting at the vast ocean of insight I've yet to dive into.

I've read about his leelas, been told of his greatness, but the depth of devotion he inspires in countless hearts? That's something I'm yearning to understand and feel. Today, I stand humbled, recognizing the immense power and wisdom Krishna embodies.

More than ever, I feel a pull towards him, a desire to bridge the gap between mere awareness and deep understanding. As the flutes play and devotees sing, I hope that, with time, I can draw closer to Krishna, immersing myself in the love and devotion he so effortlessly inspires. 🌼🙏

I think the silence is poignant enough to engulf you. The love that you feel in that silence, it might be the Ray of sunshine that you are looking for (maybe).

I am such a Sucker for good conversations. Most of my greatest days have been made because of greatest of conversations and now I feel like I am at a loss of words most of the times.

With the loss of ways to communicate, I am losing a lot of other things too I feel. I am losing the excess weightage of restricting or even representating myself. I am done defining myself to anyone I meet, I am done writing my own story again and again.
I am now entering an exploratory path I feel. Every phase has an obsession and then the obsession turns into a lifeline and the cycle repeats. Explorations are beautiful, but also alienating. Noone will know the whole of you, neither can you figure out the whole of anyone, its the essence that is of pertinent importance when exploring.
The fragrance that you leave behind.

Noone will know you fully, but that might always leave a room for you to understand yourself better. There are patterns, yes, but all of them are so inconsequencial, maybe this realisation will happen too. Maybe not. Maybe you will go back to being your former self, or maybe you'd never get a chance to say your final goodbye to her!

So many maybes, and in between such little life we live. Ironically funny right?

And my favorite time of the year is here, #winters and #December.
Instead of viewing it as an end see the beauty of December in the small new beginnings, the winter sun, the cheery blossoms, the colourful fruits, the love that lingers in the shape of wine, lights and stillness.

And most of all in anticipation of what is to come next, how we'd still think that it will happen because we wanted it and not as a big grand gesture from the universe.

Maybe this time, acknowledge the gesture, the tiny butterfly that randomly sits on your nose, the signs, the goals that just align, the dog and it's immense love for you or it's wagging tail, or just the constant lub-dub of your heart.

There are finite number of years that we will live through, but there are infinite possibilities attached. Embrace it. Live it. Love it! Just like your #yogapractice ;)
