✨Hiiiii! I’m Ashley and I figured I should update this since I have a lot of new faces around here!✨

✨I’m a SAHM to two special needs boys. My oldest is 10 and he has severe non-verbal autism and my baby is almost 2 and he was actually just diagnosed with autism as well so life at home has been hectic with a side of legos and train tracks✨

✨I lovvvvvvve to read and my favorite genre is probably spicy rom-coms! I also love a good thriller and recently started getting into fantasy/romantasy✨

✨I LOVE supporting indie authors!✨

✨Not to brag or anything but I’m
pretty sure I have the best husband in the world who fully supports and even encourages my book addiction. You will most likely see him in more reels to come asap!✨

✨I love animals so much and I have the MOST spastic golden retriever named Jojo and you can often times spot her in my reels/posts as well✨

✨I’m a fatty and I love food! I’m almost always eating/snacking on something yummy as you can see in the last three pictures 🙈✨

✨Coffee is one of my main food groups and how I stay hydrated✨

✨I live in northern CA✨

✨And most importantly, I’m a Taurus through and through✨

Not me out here just doing the lords work trying to convince every human I know to drop everything and read this book.

I had no idea I was such a lover of all things gothic until I read Phantasma. This book is unlike anything I’ve ever read before and I’m craving more!

Please pickup this book asap if you’re into any of these vibes:

@reads_with_hb and I decided to hit up @foodielandsac over the weekend and it did not disappoint! To say we were full would be an under statement.

When I said I was obsessed with this book, I meant it with every fiber of my being. This whole book has become my entire personality and I still cannot stop thinking about it!

Lana is the most badass FMC I’ve ever read about and I kinda wanna be her, you know without all the trauma and fucked up stuff that happened to her 😬 IYKYK

This is just my appreciation post for my lord and savior @meghanquinnbooks!
I’m sure many of you are sick of me talking about her but I can’t help it, she writes the BEST books.

So Meghan, if you’re watching, please plan a trip to the city of trees, AKA Sacramento CA, because I need to meet you one day and have you sign my 17,483 books!

Texts between me and my husband. I gotta give him props for at least knowing what my favorite book is, but he also knew the author event I went to was for @juliesotowrites and Abby Jimenez.

I guess if I were going to a golf event, he wouldn’t have gotten the names mixed up 🤦‍♀️

You’re probably wondering why I chose this song. In the words of the great Elyse Myers, Great question, I’d love to tell you.
It was 12,000 degrees out during this book event and I’ve never been to Texas but this is what I imagine it would feel like. In other words. No thanks.

Anyways, last night I got to meet the amazing @juliesotowrites and Abby Jimenez! Julie is easily becoming an autobuy author for me and her upcoming books are my most anticipated reads!

I would brave the heat a million times if it means I get to hang out with these beautiful book girlies and some of my favorite authors!

PS: The handheld fan that I stole from @lilymcor and the neck fan I stole from @bookdragon_mommy literally saved me from passing out so they are the true MVP’s of the night. by @momplusbook

I’m sure everyone is so fed up with all the spam from last night but I cannot get over how surreal it felt meeting @liztomforde.author and @authortarahdewitt. They are two incredible authors and even better humans!

I will never get tired of these book signings.

Books have brought some incredible people into my life and I feel so lucky that I get to call you ladies friends IRL. My heart is so full 🫶
