✨ Friends, I need your support! ✨
I finally released my guide, Recruiter Gems, and I created it with you in mind.

If you’re job searching, thinking about a career change, or simply wanting to elevate your career, this guide will help you move with confidence. After over 15 years in recruiting, I put together the real insight, strategies, and checklists that I normally only share with my candidates.

Inside, you’ll learn:
✔ How to get your resume through an ATS so it’s actually seen
✔ What recruiters really look for in top candidates
✔ How to interview with confidence and clarity
✔ How to position yourself for promotions and better opportunities
✔ The mistakes that hold people back — and how to avoid them

Whether you’re actively applying or just preparing for your next move, this guide can help you transform your entire career journey.

I’d love your support today — for yourself or someone you know who needs it.

Last week, we came together to celebrate my mom’s beautiful life. 💜 While I’m still learning to navigate this loss, the outpouring of love and support from so many of you has been my strength. Every message, hug, prayer, and kind word has helped me keep moving forward one day at a time. Thank you for holding me and my family in your hearts—we feel it deeply. ✨🙏🏽 10.9.66 - 7.8.25 #ForeverInMyHeart #FamilyLove taken in Northport, Alabama by @monae1130

This moment means so much more than keys and paperwork. It’s a fresh start. It’s something I prayed for, worked for, and never gave up on, even on the hard days.

And what made this journey even more special? I got to do it with not just an amazing realtor, but a real friend. @victoriakarena 🤍 You showed up for me every step of the way, answering every question, calming every worry, celebrating every win with me. Your patience, your guidance, your heart… I couldn’t have asked for a better person to walk this journey with.

Thank you for believing in me, for advocating for me, and for making this process feel so much less overwhelming. I’m forever grateful.

Cheers to new beginnings, new memories, and a house that’s about to become a home 🥂🏡✨ taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @monae1130
