These hours in the studio with the guys are special to me. I spend all weeks giving, providing for others, but Fridays…?!?!

A few weeks ago, I got a call to meet Her Excellency Lola Akande, Nigerian Ambassador, at the restaurant.

Last week I was requested to serve at her reception, as she presented her Letters of Credence to the King of Sweden.

The maintenance work, for me, is not even about the form at this point.

It is reconnecting to Original State.
For that, one is obliged to go ”full out” and trust that the body carries you. And that stage is only accessible once you can breathe it through.

A form of meditation, if you will.

Early mornings - late nights
workshops, parties, venues, backstage, audience, emergency meetings, people, people, people, again and again…

So much love, passion, lessons and jävlar anamma!

My job was to be the iPad-kid in every room 😂 doing my best to keep the instagram alive: creating content, posting it in real time, update about important information, answering DMs and keeping up with the real world around me outside the internet.

We quickly went from having 20-30 people watching the stories, to exceeding 600-700 people during the festival week 🥹🫶🏾

Deep appreciation to GATUVERKET @gatuverket and the beautiful team @nikiawandee @eriklinghede @marvil.iglesias @alexanderdam @maelecheza for their service of community & cultural work.

I THANK YOU FOR INCLUDING ME IN THIS ✨

Together with RNM core team, with @nirauppugunduri, our media team, technicians, staff, and volunteers we made Stockholm move 😭🙌🏾

Fatoumata Diawara concert ✨
I was in the audience, she looked me in my eyes and called us up on stage.

I respect this woman, her integrity, mission & art. It was an honour to share a moment together.

I’m trained to always show off when given the opportunity, go full out, release the hair and max it out with unpredictability. But this was definitely different 🧘🏾‍♀️💫
