Join @monicafelix for an invigorating and transformative 2-hour workshop style yoga class that blends the strength and flow of Vinyasa with the depth and grounding of traditional Hatha yoga. Inspired by the lineages of Dharma Mittra, Bikram, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, this immersive practice invites you to explore your body, breath, and subtle energy in a whole new way. Sequences shared by @monicafelix come from @scienceofselfyoga 🧘 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️

What to Expect:
Dynamic Asana Flow — A creative fusion of movement, strength, flexibility, and mindful stillness.

TCM & Meridian Exploration — Discover Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired stretches and acupressure points to support the flow of energy throughout the body.

Organ & Energy Work — Explore the connection between physical practice, the body’s internal systems, chakras, and subtle energy.

Pranayama & Breathwork — Use the power of your breath to cultivate focus, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Options for Every Body — Explore advanced variations or choose accessible modifications to meet yourself exactly where you are. Expect a rich, multidimensional practice that goes beyond the mat, combining movement, breath, and energetic awareness into one unforgettable experience.

Come ready to move, explore, challenge yourself, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.

There’s an early bird special of $25 until October 25th and then it’s $30.

final del verano,
despertar del otoño

conducen a la medusa luna hacia la fragilidad de las orillas.

la medusa luna desiste de su viaje y muere.

BOS SEPT 19-20
Introducing offical #BOS2026 members @monicafelix

Visual artist, professional photographer and yoga instructor from Puerto Rico. Creating from the possibilities of narrative photography, moving image and projection within ephemeral salt sculpture and site-specific installation. Through the use of lens-based and archival images, my work navigates memory and self-exploration within the seascape—an elemental terrain that reflects the fragility and genesis of human consciousness.
