Here’s me singing a medley of whatever songs came to my head 😆 A lot of wrong lyrics but that’s okay!! The flow and the feeling I received when singing with these beautiful acoustics feels like a form of meditation to me.

This was my second singing session of the day so I already sang my go to songs that I may post separately. Anyways if you want me to serenade you or you have a song request, let me know 🥰☺️🎶🎵🎤

Adding this to the list of things for my forever home 😆😆 It can be a community dome hehe taken in Naya Veda Vastu Eco Art Village Ubud by @monicalovesyouuu

No trending audio, the best sound is hearing the waterfall. I had the most sacred experience of my life yet at this water purification at the temple. This was such an amazing experience and I’m so grateful to have experienced it with this beautiful soul, Marie. She comes from France and is learning English so our communication is relied on translators.

We didn’t need to say a word for this experience to be fully felt and shared together. It was that beautiful and so is she. Her heart is so pure and I’m grateful the universe aligned for us to be in the program at the same time. Thank you, Mama Marie, for sharing your love and this divine experience with me. 🥰

✨A deeper dive into the experience itself✨
Built around 1022 AD. First we give an offering to the Gods. The Hindu cosmic trinity of Brahma (The Creator), Vishnu (The Preserver/Water), and Shiva (The Destroyer/Transformer).

There are ten spots with purified flowing water. During the ritual at each water spout, parts of the cleansing (rinsing, drinking, and praying) are repeated three times to honor these three primary aspects of the divine.

Week two of my YTT has come and gone. I feel like I just got here and at the same time, I feel like I've been here for weeks. It's an interesting feeling that I don't really know how to explain. I'm immensely grateful to be on this journey and I've made so many deeper connections this week. I can't wait to see what week three brings! taken in SKY - Yoga and Meditation by @monicalovesyouuu

I haven’t sang in so long so here’s a little freestyle of me in the meditation dome. 🥰 It felt sooo good to sing in those beautiful acoustics.

I can feel my body changing, I can feel the way it moves. I can feel vibrations changing and I sure like what they do. I can feel my body changing, I can feel the way it moves. I can feel vibrations changing, energy show me what to do. I can feel my body changing, I can feel my mind changing too. 🥹🥰 taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @monicalovesyouuu

Week one of my 200 H YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) is complete! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’ve learned so much already and I’m proud of myself for getting to where I am now. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and when we turn inwards to ourselves and our own intuition is when we can really figure out the best path for our lives. If you’re feeling inspired, ask yourself ‘what specifically am I feeling inspired about?’ Is it the yoga? Is it the spiritual journey? Is it the location? There is so much to explore externally and internally. Continuing that curiosity will take you further! 🥰

This wasn’t an easy decision I made.

It took months of research to find a program that felt right for me.
Negative things had to happen in order for me to take this positive leap for myself.
People I thought were my biggest supporters told me that I was being crazy and that they couldn’t support me.

And I did it anyways.

I’m doing this for me. I’m doing this to be aligned with the most divine version of myself. I’m doing this for my present and my future self.

I don’t know what will come from this chapter at Sky Yoga and Meditation. I know that it won’t be easy and I’ll go through many obstacles that will challenge me. I’m excited and I’m proud of myself for tuning into my truth and my intuition. After all, it is my life. 🪷🧘🏻‍♀️💗

Letting my inner light shine through ✨💫

This is only the beginning of my journey here in Bali and it’s already been an amazing experience. I am so grateful for the life I live, proud of the woman I am, and exhilarated for the woman I’m becoming. Here’s to all of us that continue to better ourselves in anyway possible. 1% everyday in anyway. 🪷 Let’s keep it growing. 🌱 taken in Uluwatu Temple, Uluwatu, Bali by @monicalovesyouuu

What a lovely night! Good food = good mood. Sharing food has always been a love language to me and I’m grateful to have found like minded people that can also throw tffff down. 😍😋 Not in the video but Daysha’s beans were one of the best I’ve had and I made from scratch brownies and that plate was cleared!! 😍 Until the next cook off! 🍽️ #cooking #friends #cookout #grill by @monicalovesyouuu

Ahhhhhh 😍 First year at Force Fields was sooooo good. I started typing this at 2:22 🤩💫 Meeting with @vbking_abe and @cameronvader for @ofthetreesmusic for preparty was the perfect way to kick off a “home” Midwest music fest.

HUGE shoutout to @pure_nat and Lindsey for all the prep work they did for our campsite to make it our home for the weekend. The mosquitos were HUGE yet I didn’t get one bug bite!!! Divinely protected. ☺️

Videos show my short girl POV at shows 🤣🤣🤣 Last video taken by Vader. 💜♊️ Got to ring in his birthday at midnight and hand over the birthday balloon baton. ☺️ Also ran into @laurynwestrich and @papa_westy, I went to my second and their first festival together!! Dancefestopia 2017, when we were just baby ravers!

The universe curating cosmic connections is always so cool to me. Was in line to get a drinky (also shoutout @forcefieldsfestival for the amazing prices!!!) Ran into my camp neighbor from Wakaan this year!! 🤯 @_cavman_ Immediately took a pic and sent it to his lovely wifey who we were missing! 💕

I loved seeing all the giraffes 🦒 hehe and repping my Gemini ♊️ jersey to celebrate my birthday weekend. 💜

In honor of Wakaan Wednesday and presale going on today; here’s some of my fave pics with some of the amazing souls from the Mulberry Mountain from Wakaan 2025, year 3 for me. This was one of the most magical years yet! The group we had was top tier energy and vibes!! 🥹 So much love and spaghetti time! 🥰🍝

My first year coming in solo which is how I met @dani_bear808 and @imjusteryck on radiate and caravaning to the mountain in our subies 💜 We would have check-ins at gas stations and they took me to cook out for my first time. Meeting @sophiaflowerz was 🥰 and was the perfect addition to the OG Wakaan crew of @cameronvader, @vbking_abe and I. 🍥 Started meeting up everyday with her, Autumn, Nick, Veronica, Emmory, and JC. We had A BLAST at @ganjawhitenight set 15 deep in the front. Always so lovely to connect with my soul star @ridge_oliver 💫 Of course he already knew some of the gang!! (the universe is so cute with the connections ☺️) Would randomly run into Kaytie and Gaybe at the PLURfect times and just adore them and their energy! Also had a great time connecting with my neighbors in the morning 🥹🥰 @dylandisplay @_deadrean @_cavman_ @roccosmodern__life

First slide are pics from Eternal NYE during @liquidstranger set and it was my FAVORITE set I’ve seen him throw down. Oh mannn, so wiggly!!! 😍 Anyways there’s a partial recap bc my phones dumb and won’t let me add anymore pics or videos to this post so woooo! Thanks for the memories. 💜🌄 @wakaanfest @wakaanofficial by @monicalovesyouuu
