Kabbalah doesn’t teach that the important moments will announce themselves. Most of them show up inconvenient, a little awkward, easy to dismiss. Monica almost skipped the project entirely. The energy was there before either of us understood it. That’s how it usually works.

What you pay attention to changes what becomes possible. That’s not inspiration. That’s the actual mechanism.

I used to have tea parties with God. He took his black. I liked mine with milk and sugar.

That wasn’t innocence. It was my earliest experience of a soul that already knew something my mind hadn’t caught up to yet.

During our Rosh Hashanah gathering, I asked a simple but powerful question:

Who are you beneath all the labels you’ve accepted about yourself?

We don’t see life only as it is. We see it through the lens of who we believe we are.

Over time, we collect labels, some given to us by others, some we give ourselves. And eventually, we can mistake those labels for who we actually are.

But transformation isn’t always about becoming someone new.

Sometimes it’s about letting go of the fear, limiting beliefs, and false perceptions that have kept us from seeing who we truly are beneath the labels.

I was taught to be polite, not to ask for too much, not to take up too much space. Most women were.

That conditioning doesn't just shape behavior. It shapes what questions you stop asking yourself entirely. And when you stop asking, you stop knowing. You end up living a life built around what was acceptable instead of what was true.

Kabbalah teaches that claiming your voice is a spiritual act, not a confidence trick. Nobody is coming to hand that to you.

Fear was put here on purpose.

Kabbalah teaches that every fear points directly at something you are meant to grow into. Fear of not finding love awakens your capacity to love. Fear of failure awakens your willingness to risk. The fear is not the destination. It is the signal.

The only fear worth holding onto is losing your connection with the Creator. Every other fear exists to redirect you toward that one.

Most people stop at the fear itself and never read what it is pointing at. Save this and look at one fear differently today. by @monicarberg74
