What if fear isn’t a stop sign, but an invitation? Comment FREEDOM, and I’ll send you the full episode! 🙏🏾

In this episode, I sit down with Monica Berg, author, speaker, spiritual teacher, and co-director of the Kabbalah Centre.

Monica is the bestselling author of Fear Is Not an Option and Rethink Love, and co-host of the Spiritually Hungry podcast. Through her work, she helps people navigate fear, relationships, purpose, personal growth, and emotional resilience with greater awareness and compassion.

Together, they explore:
• Why fear isn’t something to suppress, but something we can understand and transform
• How the comfort zone quietly limits our desires and potential
• The question that changed Monica’s relationship with fear: “If fear is not an option, what is an option?”
• How fear can point us toward our greatest growth
• The difference between real, healthy, and illogical fear
• How naming our fears and taking small, consistent steps can reclaim our power
• Why certainty comes from trusting ourselves, not knowing exactly what will happen

Kabbalah doesn’t teach that the important moments will announce themselves. Most of them show up inconvenient, a little awkward, easy to dismiss. Monica almost skipped the project entirely. The energy was there before either of us understood it. That’s how it usually works.

What you pay attention to changes what becomes possible. That’s not inspiration. That’s the actual mechanism.

Save this if you’ve ever walked past something and wondered later why it stayed with you.

Most people picture God as something separate from them - and that separation is exactly what keeps them praying outward instead of living it inward. Kabbalah teaches that the Creator isn't above you. It's the model. Save this if you've ever wondered why prayer sometimes feels like talking to a ceiling.
