We connect with and interpret the world through our senses. Each one is a precious gift from the Creator that we often take for granted.

The ability to see the vibrant colors and beauty of the world.
The ability to hear the sounds of nature, music, and each unique voice.
The ability to taste our favorite foods.
The ability to feel loving touch through a hug or a kiss, and to feel the warmth of the sun on our skin.
The ability to speak our truth, sing our song, and express ourselves.

The truth is, not every person is blessed with each of these gifts. So take a moment to say thank you for all the abilities you have been blessed with. Acknowledge the ways in which we are supported, whether through glasses that help us see clearly or medical devices that enhance our quality of life, for these are precious gifts too.
