With over 20 years experience as a medical assistant and teaching yoga since 2024,I truly have a passion for wellness.

People often ask me where I teach yoga and the answer is …..everywhere and anywhere 😅❤️

I don’t work at a studio.I teach with companies that host classes at various ventures and events throughout Denver. I teach all ages, including children🫶🏼

Keep an eye out here for events or classes I am teaching or attending as a student myself.

DM me to discuss your yoga needs and my prices ——and be sure to check out my little website in my bio too!

When I first started getting more serious about yoga, someone suggested I start a separate yoga account. And honestly, I did… originally. 🧘‍♀️

But over time, I realized I actually love having it all here, woven together in one place. 🤍

Because yoga, to me, has never been just about pretty pictures, cool poses, or what we can do on the mat. Asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. There’s so much more to the practice: how we live, how we treat others, how we show up for ourselves, how we navigate the hard stuff, and how we find a little more presence and peace in the everyday.

I want my life, in its own imperfect way, to reflect all eight limbs. Not just the shapes I make on my mat, but the person I’m becoming off it, too. Because yoga doesn’t end when we roll up our mats. ✨

And honestly? I don’t want the extra work of managing multiple accounts either. 😂 I’d rather just mesh it all together here: yoga, life, adventures, the beautiful moments, the messy ones, the joys, the falls, and everything in between.

I love looking back on my own memories and seeing how life unfolds, and I love getting to witness little pieces of your lives, too. The highs, the lows, the growth, the realness of it all.

So this is where it all lives. A little yoga, a little life, and a reminder that the practice is so much bigger than the mat. 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday! 🥹❤️ Every message, call, and kind word truly meant so much to me.

Even if it’s a little cliché, I’m genuinely excited for page one of this next chapter. ✨ So many good things and incredible opportunities have been coming my way, and I can’t help but feel incredibly blessed and grateful for what’s ahead.

Here’s to new beginnings, growth, unexpected blessings, and making this chapter 43 one to remember. 🥂✨

Feeling very grateful. ❤️ by @moniquegoad
